Hotel Sonar Tori

Everything was good here. The aura, the politeness and behaviour of the staff, the room service, the restaurant and its food. The rooms are quite good, with decent space. For the price you're paying, it's a nice place to look for. The dinner and breakfast were really great with different dishes at our side, so we don't regret booking ahead. The location is easy to access. Laundry option is also available if needed.

The smell of the washroom was too bad to enter ! Had requested 2 times to solve the issues but hardly solved. Ventilation was not working at all. There was too much dust on the complementary glass water bottle, seems like water has not changed for months.

The behaviour of the staff was appreciable! Food was delicious to some extent except South Indian Dishes.

Hopefully Management will take care of the issues and serve better next time.

Great hotel to stay. Rooms are good, spacious and clean. Lift is available. Service is good. Restaurant is available. Food is also nice.

My stay at Hotel Sonar Tori has been excellent. The location, ambience, room, breakfast, food quality and behaviour of staff all are very good. Especially, the reception staff Rajdeep has been very cooperative with pleasing personality.

Great experience. Check in was smooth but check out was bit slow. Complementary breakfast was sufficient. Room were cosy and clean.

It was a nice and pleasant experience in the hotel, all staffs were good but Mr.Rajdeep Sharma helped me and guided me excellently he is very much nice guy and very helpful too..
Even expect hotel things he helped me in other ways like arranging vehicle etc

Good place ,rooms are quite traditional type but food was good .
Staff was quite courteous.

Hotel was good and the staff have cooperated very well specially Mr. Rajdeep Sharma.

Quite a lovely place to stay in Agartala City it is in the prime zone very close to India Bangladesh Border of Akhaura ICP. Good place nicely maintained and staffs are also good and helpful.

This hotel was excellent. I will not say "Value for money" But was a kind of mixed bag! Service was good food is okay.

Banquet was wondering 😀.. dinning area was very delicate.

We had a meeting from IOCL at hotel Sonartori conference hall, the staffs were soft-spoken and attentive towards everybody which is very great for hospitality. Overall it was great spending time there.

The sonar tori hotel is very nice to stay in reasonable price. From reception to room service all are polite behavior. You may stay there without any second thought. They have a nice restaurant with good foods but prices are little high but fresh food. We, overall enjoy our stay at this hotel.

Good place in the city ... dont expect any views, restaurants and bar service is very nice

Location and the service of this Hotel is very good. Local transportation is very easily available outside the hotel. All the staffs are very helpful and polite. And there food is awesome. But one thing i want to mention that thr standard rooms r not that good but other category rooms r good and clean. Room photos uploaded is thr suite rooms

Hotel was excellent. Clean and spacious rooms. Food was delicious and awesome. Service as well is very good. All together it's a good experience.

I am staying here right now. I always worried about my 2 years old daughters food matter. But here I am comfortable for my baby fooding, because their kitchen always helping me for making my baby food. Staff's are also concerned about our needs. My daughter messed up room and staff's are recovering without any hesitation. Good for family staying.
