Hotel Polo Towers Agartala

It's been a pleasant stay. Food is a bit pricey but delicious. The location is also good. The staff is quite proactive and courteous. We were served by Bhuban Naskar and he has been quote resourceful. Non vegetarians can enjoy quite a few dishes.

The ambience of the hotel, rooms and especially the Sky Grill Bar is awesome. A word of appreciation for Surjit Das at the Sky Grill Bar for his excellent service.

One of the only high rated hotel to stay in Agartala. Friendly staff, good ambience, value for money. With Spa, gym and pool. Food quality and taste 3.5/5.ample amount of parking space. 15mins from Airport.

The property is elegant and nicely maintained. I have stayed here twice and both times I have been highly impressed with their service. I’d like to name specifically Arpan Paul, who provided excellent in-room dining services.

Only 5* hotel in Agartala has a nice place to stay, and massage is amazing. Alacart ordered Food in dinner with 4 guests was average. Chef Lokesh promised to serve better but did nothing special on next dinner. Overall 3 nights stay experience was good.

The food was awesome and the service provided by Suman Mishra was really nice.. It made us feel very comfortable.. Thanx a lot .. Will visit again...

We had a good experience and the ambience is really great. Food was good. The staffs were prompt and well-behaved especially Mr. Surajit Das. We felt at home coming here .

A very nice property in agartala, the room, restaurants, the location everything is amazing, especially the staff at the hotel are all professional and go beyond to help make your stay enjoyable. Especially Biswajit who works at one of their restaurant is very professional and has good knowledge of the menu, he suggested good dishes to us. We enjoyed the hospitability provided by him.

Food was absolutely delicious with very polite service. Ambience, drinks, crowd, everything is classy here. Way better than most cafes/clubs in Delhi or Mumbai. Debasis Ghosh was our host he was super polite and helpful. Very satisfied.

I visited polo tower Agartala and had a great experience. the atmosphere was inviting. The decor was beautifully designed and created a best ambiance that set the tone for a pleasant dining experience and staff Mr Rupal friendly
