Ginger Agartala

The staff was very nice and the hospitality was 10/10. The stay was quite good with the rooms and bathroom well kept and especially the housekeeping for their patience and mannerism. Have to mention restaurant staff's hospitality and wonderful food suggestions ( Ashesh & Satyajit) making the stay more comfortable. Also the local food they suggested was super good - try aloo tomato bartha.

Ginger is one of the best places to stay in Agartala. The rooms are small and may lack modern facilities, but the service I received was outstanding. They serve the best food in Agartala and the staff are highly professional. They do deserve a five-star rating from me.

Rooms are good. Well furnished. Easy to book. Food is good here. Location is near to the airport but a bit far from main market area of the town. Cafe downstairs is good.

As far as my experience with all the top category hotels in agartala this is the best hotel all I can say in budget.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rates are affordable. The service was excellent. They cleaned the room everyday when i went out. By the time i reach back at my room everything is ready the linen to towel. They also gave me water bottles daily and tea packets without any hesitation. This was a very good experience for me since i have stayed in many high end hotels which are expensive than this where they refused to give me the water bottles daily and told me to pay additional. Kudos to the ginger management for their service.

Nice ambient and very cooperative staff wish to visit again whenever i will come back to agartala. Food is also good. No reatrictions at all.

Best ever place for fooding, lodging, room service for the tourists who comes from far away to visit our state Tripura.

Situated at a very good place near to airport and city. The hotel is far away from the buzz of city honks. The room service is really well co-ordinated and is available all round the time. The restaurant is good. The non veg platter was tasty. Sufficient for 3 people as starters. The service is also good. Smiling. Not seen a lot in Agartala with respect to customer service. Kudos. I have no stayed at the hotel but from the looks of it, it's neat and tidy.

Behavior of the staffs are awesome, especially a guy named Kaji I met him at the recption,his hospitality was outstanding, the way he managed us with early check-in (without any early notice) touched my heart and we were so happy with all his appearances. Thnx bro for all ur management will visit soon.

I had made a visit to Agartala in February 2020. Agartala doesn't not have a huge range of hotels to choose from so we chose Ginger because it looked amazing. And we weren't wrong. It had a great room with all the amenities you might require. Also it had a great buffet which served both veg and non veg for breakfast and lunch. The staff was also very polite and friendly.

Loved this place.Really very good facilities.It has a beautiful hall , automatic door,bonsai and small waterfall inside the hall, sofa , and dinning chair .Its the best place for party.Rooms are well decorated and very good service.Buffet is also arranged.They had wide range of menu and quality of food served is splendid. Everywhere is neat and tidy.Parking lot is also maintained. And I want to say I had already visited and experienced this place, and I would recommend anytime you visit Tripura ,don't miss this place.
