This hospital is located in the heart of the city near Vadapalani. This hospital is run by the SRM group. They are maintaining the hospital neat and clean. The staff members are polite and courteous too. There are few drawback too like they charge you for parking your 2 wheelers or 4 wheelers which I have seen only in multiplexes and theaters. I am not sure whether people are using this hospital parking for other personal use and that's why they charge money. Not sure what is the reason behind that. Apart from that the doctor we visited was very knowledgeable and he explains listening to your concerns. Since this is a big business conglomerate they charge high price for consultation and other things. Overall they provide good service for the money they charge.

I got to know about the best surgeon in town. My parents both had Bypass surgery in SIMS hospital chennai. They really took care of the patients very well. The docters and staffs working in SIMS are very kind and patient. I use to suggest to my relatives and my friends if anyone have heart issues.
One of my relative went for a kidney treatment too. They really took care of her very well.

Availed treatment with Dr.Clement Joseph for my wife’s Shoulder Roto-cuff tendon tear and soft tissue injury. Excellent diagnosis, surgery and medical service was provided. Nursing staffs, dietician and house keeping staffs were courteous. Overall experience with the ward management was exceptionally good.

Two days before I came for a review to neurology department. The consultation was very good & I am appreciating the op pharmacy persons. The medication was given on time and the explanation for the medicine was good. The total satisfaction was very good.

Admitted my wife for delivery on December 2023.the gynecologist dr ns saradha mam taken care very well and support through out the pregnancy. The pediatric team was very supportive and guide as the proper way to take care post lcs. The process was smooth and comfortable. Very kind and friendly doctor Mr. Abraham Kurien - senior consultant (urologist). We are very pleased with his treatment for the patient. Assistants Arjun sir and sreekanth sir are also very helpful and attend the patients well.

I was admitted for an operation in spine. The Neurosurgeon Dr. Suresh Bapu and his team attended me very well and the operation was a success. Subsequently, the Physio, Mr. Ajith Kumar helped me a lot during rehab and under his guidance, I was able to get up and walk in a short period of time.
