We recently purchased a 4 seater recliner sofa from this outlet. The quality is amazing. They have a great range of furniture. Of special note was our experience with their assistant sales manager Ms. Shikha Jain. She was a thorough professional. Patiently she showed us multiple pieces of furniture discussing with us the intricacies of each of them. She seamlessly took us through the entire selection, confirmation, delivery and installation process without a single glitch and was always available for post purchase queries. In fact we had a small issue with the physical condition of our sofa which I was ok just bringing it to her notice. But to our surprise she got it corrected promptly within 24 hrs. Ms. Jain is a real asset to the place!

Overall was very good experience. Staff are very polite, helpful. Office is very clean and A/C-ed. Don't think u can enter before appt. time. Go just 15 mins before time and they will let u in. But, very long process inside. After appt., one more token will be given inside, and then again waiting for bio-metrics. So do not make commitments for that day. Take all papers in a4 size only. otherwise, they will reject. also, take many more reciepts, letters etc as supporting docs. very helpful.
