Had a business trip to chennai and stayed in this hotel.
Easy access to Airport. 20 - 30min drive.
Great complimentary breakfast. Quick room service. Rooms are spacious and cozy. All room controls are given through ipad.
Best stay a person could ask for.

Good spacious architecturenasnyou enter, was quick check-in, very courteous staff, everyone greeting u with namaste, ready to assist. Rooms are pretty spacious, well decorated, most bathrooms with tub & shower, good closet space and great room service. Restaurants especially Madras pavilion does a good job for breakfast, lunch & dinner buffets - convenient & reasonably priced. Overall a great stay !!

A very luxurious hotel. Right from the check-in to the check out, all the services are very good. The room is very comfortable, and services are a bit slow. But it is manageable. I have utilized the gym, and it is also good. The checkout is also quick. The buffet breakfast is very nice. In room dining services are a bit slower, some time it is very late, sometimes it is ok.

Went for exhibition work for an event. The experience was good, helping and polite staff.

Only getting to the goods lift and getting the material to the exhibition venue was a horrible experience, which should be arranged properly with good facilities. So, most of the contractors don't prefer to work here.

But the venue is good and very pleasant.

Attended a marriage reception here. Well organized from the entrance. Quick valet parking services. Vary spacious and maintained tidy. Foods are tasty.

Luxury Stay within Chennai City. Well maintained, neat and clean property. Amazing food at different restaurant. Overall great stay.

Went for dinner. Tastewise good. Mutton biryani was awesome. Fish was little spicy. Overall not many options for the money given. Ambience was extraordinary.

This Hotel is amazing 😻 I was really comfortable with all their food and restroom hygiene was finest!! Best place ever...all the workers here welcome their visitors in a very Sweet way!

I recently had an amazing stay at ITC Grand Chola with my wife and two toddlers, and it was nothing short of fantastic! The breakfast spread was mind-blowing – I've never seen such an extensive and delicious selection. Our kids had a blast in the small play area on Sundays, where they even got adorable balloon animals.

The pools, including the baby pools, were clean and not overly crowded, providing a perfect spot for family fun. A special shout-out to Monica from the staff, who not only showed us around the property but also interacted warmly with our kids.

Our room had a fantastic view, and we were treated to a spectacular Diwali fireworks display at night. We've visited the hotel multiple times and have always had a great experience with no complaints. The only hiccup was the bar closing earlier than Google mentioned – perhaps a one-off for Diwali or a timing update needed. Nevertheless, it didn't overshadow the overall fantastic experience at ITC Grand Chola. We'll definitely be back for more memorable stays!

Had buffet lunch in Madras pavilion restaurant. Food was very yummy and unique. There are 3 types of biriyani and mutton briyani is among best from the list. 100+ items but sea foods are limited. Desserts are the best one.

Everything is good including breakfast, gym, pool and other facilities. Basic rooms are the same as other hotels , but the upgraded rooms are very luxurious and service was good. Overall it was a good stay.

5 star in every sense. Great food, great service, great ambience. Lovely experience. Would love to come back.

The world of ITC! Top class service and impeccable food... Goes without saying that the prices are worlds apart as well! They deliver to that standard as well.

It is a jewel of Chennai. The rooms are lovely . An ITC speciality. I particularly loved the food here . Whether it is breakfast or lunch , it was endless and extremely tasty. The decor was so lovely that we felt like staying in a palace .
Service too was good . Overall 👍

It's magnificent, priced as per segment . It's reception, interiors are unique n class apart. Ambience is good and food is wonderful whatever cuisine one may desire to have . Only a tad bit expensive for regular visits.

There is nothing to tell here , everything is excellent. I would love to say that breakfast buffet spread is excellent as well as great in taste. Don’t miss the French pavilion toast

This hotel has a majestic view. Been here couple of times. First time some 10 years ago, went to the restaurant located in ground floor. On 10th October 23, attended an indo-german chamber of commerce event.
The 2 wheeler parking in the basement can be maintained better. It's not up to the mark.

All staff's are very friendly especially Lobby concierge Mr.Nathan so helpfull.
