Master Health Check up is really excellent here.. Mr.Gowtham Mishra , PRO coordinated very well. I really liked his brisk coordination. Doctors made everything in time. Lab tests reports also given before expected time. Nursing staffs made exceptional timely service. Very Good

We had a wonderful experience at the hospital. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were truly amazed by the way how they treated the patients. And also really grateful for the nephrology team for finding out what actually is wrong with my sister. Pain is an inescapable experience but suffering can be reduced if one gets into capable hands. That’s what happened to my parents when one of them were diagnosed with GBS syndrome and other one from acute Bilateral Pyelonephritis in a row. I got both admitted in MIOT for treatment in emergency. Once handed over, the hospital staff quickly took over the responsibility. The process from entry to discharge is seamless. The empathetic culture embedded from top was evident at each stage starting from reception, staff, doctors, admin, billing and insurance department etc. The hospital has adopted a patient centric approach. The doctors here are highly qualified and experienced. I was communicated line of treatment in 24 hours. The collaboration between medical professionals is remarkable. The surgery decision in my father’s case was a well-coordinated decision among cardiology, urology and anaesthesia departments. The doctor even responded during off duty hours during an emergency situation. The communication process to the attendant is also commendable. There are proper counselling rooms setup for doctors to address family members queries/concerns, ICU parents are provided facility to connect with their family members over phone apart from regular connect timings. They also have a world class rehabilitation center which is very friendly and homely. It helps patients to recharge their physical and mental wellbeing. The rules and regulations and policies are set up and enforced keeping in mind wellbeing of patients. The hygiene and cleanliness are of very high standards. Also any feedback from patients and family members are addressed on priority. Overall my experience with MIOT has been very positive and I would recommend this hospital to all my friends, family and colleagues.

I would like to thank MIOT for saving my father. He was admitted in MIOT on 13th Dec as has had blood vomitting due to Liver disorder. For me it's a first time to enter a hospital on long term with my experienced I noticed from the very first day the way they welcomed, attention given to whole team from Seychelles came for medical treatment. Everybody is sincere and professional from house keeping, nurses and doctors all are professional and treated equally and the technology and the equipments are top standards which they undergo many surgeries which finally the patients get their results. The services given from the diet department is hotel standard. I am very happy and satisfied with the results that I have received with my medical treatment.

For my knee injury due to playing badminton, I had taken up consultation with the Sports Medicine Department. Consultation led to thorough diagnosis and options to overcome the injury of my ACL and Meniscus tears including surgery. It gave me the opportunity to make the best medical decision quickly and get treatment done at the earliest opportunity. The administration team, medical staff, doctors and support staff gave me timely care and attention to get admitted, go through the surgery and rehab process for the upcoming months. The entire journey from admission to discharge was quite easy and efficient. I’m very thankful for the urgent care and treatment offered to me. My father was admitted in MIOT for Lung Infection in the critical stage. MIOT team found the type of Infection in a few hours and explained to us the sequence/complications/risk involved etc. of the treatment. He was under ventilator support in an unconscious state. During this tough time the doctors gave regular counseling about the condition/stages of improvement etc. meanwhile the PRO team is also reachable through mobile to know the condition & treatment process. Finally my father came out of the ICU after 15 days and walked back home after 21 days successfully. I had heard that the hospital was up-to-date and that the treatment was very good and management and staff were welcoming and professional. I can confirm that it is so. I checked in the hospital on the 3rd of March and from the first day I underwent tests preparing me for the operation. The doctors and other staff have been all been really good, reassuring and helpful to make me feel at ease and I was confident that I would get better and that my operation would be successful. The hospital is very clean. I had my operation on the 6th and on the same day I was asked stand on the operated leg while inbthe ICU. I was informed that the operation was successful. I was so happy. In spite of the pain, I was confident everything was going to be OK.
I wish to thank the management and staff for taking good care of me. Special thanks goes to the surgeons, medical staff and the physiotherapist who helped me with my movement. I can recommend Seychellois patients to have their specialised treatments here.

When I first came to Miot hospital, I was amazed to see such a big building resembling a hotel. I was impressed with the smiling faces of its staff which gave me the comfort that everything will be okay. I knew at once that I will be able to find solutions to my problems. The place is so clean with very good hygiene. I had a different taste of food which I have loved and I was well prepared before any procedure took place with regards to my treatment. If anything i will surely come back for another test and treatment.

I would like to share my great experience that I had at MIOT Hospital. The people there are very nice. This was our first time visiting MIOT, and we were happy to see that they did not make us wait long to start the necessary tests, which amazed us. We received all the results, if I am not mistaken, three days after our arrival. The floor doctor was very nice, and the nurses always checked on us promptly. Whenever we pressed the bell, they came immediately. Personally, I had my medical tests at MIOT, and they were very helpful. Maxime would like to mention that all the staff at the radiation center were very helpful, and he is very satisfied with their performance. In general, all the doctors, nurses, and PRO staff were professional and did their best to assist us in any way they could. The room cleaning was also very good. The attendant also enjoyed snacks every Wednesday with all the other Seychellois, and the PRO ensured that we attended. We thank you all. Keep it up the good works. God Bless you all.
