BLS International Spain

My partner and I went here for the national visa application- Spain, recently.
We arrived earlier than our appointment time. Also, luckily we had booked for the first slot available to avoid any delays.
The process took around 2 hours including waiting time.
The staff at the counter, Siddesh assisted us with the application. He was extremely helpful and patient with the whole process.
The centre is equipped with neat washrooms and drinking water as well.
You are asked to submit your mobile phones at the reception inside.
There is a photocopy service inside. The copies printed out, however, weren’t clear towards the top edge of the document .
Make sure to take photocopies of all the original documents you submit.
Overall, we are satisfied with the service at BLS.

I went to apply for Spain work visa at BLS Mumbai, my case was handled by staff member - Siddesh Poman . I am really thankful to Siddesh for overall experience, it’s just took 30 minutes to submit my application, he guided me well for all the documents which are required and proactively pointed out correction in photograph which was needed . I got my visa approximately after 3 weeks, And also thanks to Siddesh and BLS to coordinate and deliver my passport and other documents safely to my home. Thanks!

It was a good experience. The staff made us arrange for multiple documents to justify the reason for our travel, which I didn't mind to submit because it only made my application more strong.

They just didn't submit the documents we provided they made sure our application is strong enough that it will be accepted.

I have been to BLS for the submission i went to counter no-1, I was assisted by Siddesh poman. He is young guy who assisted friendly and very calmly during submission of documents. Thank you for your assistance @siddesh Poman.

I have been to BLS for the submission i went to counter no 3 where I assisted by Hammad Patel. He is one of the experienced professional staff i observed he promptly takes the application without any error and rapidly cleared the waiting area. Thumbs up to Mr Hammad Patel.

Process here is very smooth. Mr. Hammad patel who verified our documents is very polite and patiently verified our documents. It was great experience with him.

Great help by the BLS staff Rizwan and a wonderful job done my the Manager Mr Rakesh Roy.As there were many issues with my document but still the staff helped me to arrange all the things and there was an issue regarding appointment also but still , I am Thankful to Mr Rakesh Roy and team.

Went there for my Spain Visa.

I must say that that Process was very smooth from start to End. Process was completed within 1 Year.

Experience was good contrary to the overall rating. I had a few queries and agent clarified them nicely and quickly. There were some additional documents I wanted to include in the application, however they were not part of their document checklist and hence were returned to me. But after I explained my circumstances, she included the docs in the visa application file. She also returned the extra amount that I mistakenly gave her whole paying the visa fee. The BLS office in South Mumbai could be a bit bigger though! To make comparison, I have visited other big VISA appointment agencies involved in other european visa processing and they do have larger offices, but the staff is a bit rude and won't answer your queries very clearly (it's like they don't have time at all).
While I wait for the visa decision, I also understand that these guys aren't involved in anything related to visa decision and are simply involved in administrative processing of the visa application. So, I can't blame them if I don't get a favourable outcome. ✌

BLS Mumbai head Mr Rakesh Roy is very helpfull and professional at his work... He had arrange doorstep late night to make sure we can apply for visa well in stipulate period of time and get visa processed within consulate working days...

Very co-operative staff. I had forgotten and had a few inaccurate documents still one of the staff member "Patel Hammad" helped me through the process. Really good service in all!!

Go 30 min before your appointment. Scan only stamped pages of your passports. Only ITR acknowledgement needed not the other pdf. Takes time at counter, Better go early. Xerox centre same building basement. Paking charges for mcgm 100 rs flat opposite building wherever you find parking. Bags are allowed (on website mentioned not allowed). Told me 10 days process time. Hope for the best. Good luck everyone.

Edit 2- Received my Spanish visa with 3 months validity. Yay.
