Good bank. But you try calling them in the vileparle branch and chakala branch they never pickup.

One of the worst branches of IOB. They don't do anything that customer requests. I went there to issue ATM/debit card. They issued 3 wrong cards for 3 accounts and then never issued correct ones. We finally got the correct ATM cards ourselves from IOB mobile app and had to pay card replacement charges. I filled up forms for new IOB Trendy account, staff never opened it. They could not update my email address for 2+ months. Could never solve my parents' mobile banking issues like some accounts not showing in app, eventually IT team from Chennai solved. They don't do ANYTHING for customer even if you visit branch personally, never pick up phone, never reply to email. And my mom is retired IOB staff yet this kind of treatment.

Just to give the return cheque, team took 70 minuts. There is no ventilation at all.

Not sure how long will this branch survive!!
