Very professional and trained staff. Little more expensive than other local relocation vendors but it is worth the experience. I availed their service to move from Mumbai to Delhi.

Sharing an excerpt of the mail I sent to the Interem POC which should give you an idea about the challenge of using their services for a move between Goa & Mumbai-

I blindly took on Interem relocation services based solely on the glowing feedback that my parents gave about their move from Gurgaon to Goa. They mentioned categorically that your rates are above average for the market, but it's well worth the extra cost given your company's professionalism. In fact, my mother specifically mentioned just how good the packing services were & how good the cleanup was, both at the point of pick-up and at the point of drop.
I was horrified at just how much of a difference there was between my parents' feedback versus what I saw happen at my house yesterday.
A total of 4 men came for the move, and throughout the process they took every chance to short-cut their way in the packing process. I had personally packed about 15 odd cartons for the sake of keeping the move organized. I asked your team leader to unpack & repack the same so that the stuff is sent safely under your supervision. They did not do this, instead they just added my previously packed cartons to their list and loaded them into the truck.
The packing materials brought by your team were insufficient and of poor quality. For instance, they ran out of paper for the breakables and the laminate rolls they had brought were soggy and wet. In fact, they had to use a saw to cut out 2-3 inches of the entire laminate roll in order for it to be usable. They weren't even carrying cutters which I had to provide to the team.
Additionally, there are at least 6 individual items that were provided to your team for packing that were supposed to go which I found lying in different corners of the house and at least 4 items that were not supposed to go but have gone.
I specifically asked your team to laminate all boxes, which they did not do. Your team leader was in a hurry to get the feedback form filled with a positive review. At first I did give a positive review only to realize that the majority of the boxes were not laminated. I asked for the feedback form to revise my rating which is when he finally got the remaining boxes laminated. Despite my asking several times, the plywood cover of the bed remained unpacked and loaded onto the truck as is.
Of course, as Mr. Jinu is aware, the team left an incredible amount of mess both inside & outside the house. When I asked your team leader for the feedback form, he instructed one of his guys to clean up. Your team was not carrying any cleaning equipment so he asked to borrow mine. He cleaned only where I was standing talking to your team, and left everything else as is. To add insult to injury, he threw my dust pan and the broom into my dustbin which I discovered only today morning.

To summarize, I have paid Rs. 61600 for a move in which:
my own packed cartons were used
the material brought by your team was substandard
or i had to provide to material like in the case of the cutter
your team did not re-pack as requested, instead your team just loaded up the roughly packed cartons that I had set up from before
the team sent some wrong items and left out the right ones
the lamination wasn't done until an argument
at least one item of wood went without any sort of protection
and your team left a huge amount of mess in and outside my house
I would really like an explanation as to why I have paid above the market average to get a below market service. The fact that you took the entire payment in advance just goes on to cement the idea that your intent of good service is only till the money comes in. After which, the customer is left facing a very bitter experience.

Relocating merely around 700kms..and the what they charged from me.. Was too costly..
It took almost 10 days for relocation, which was very painful process...
I personally would not recommend them..
Big waste

There is huge gap between what their sales person says and what they actually deliver in ground. We availed their services for moving city. While there team was abke to dismantle and pack the stuff their other team was unable to assemble the same. They left the things in boxes and left even without taking our signature for acceptance. They charged us additionally for providing service on Sunday but left the service incomplete.

Customer service number doesn't work. Noe ine responds ..if in urgency...don't bother
