He is said to be the kshetrapalak or watchman of Kashi, it is said that without his permission, even a small ant cannot dare to enter Kashi. People who come to Kashi are supposed to visit Kalabhairava Mandir and take his blessings.

Very nice and peaceful temple
from kama Reddy bus station first we need to go to old bus stand which cost 10 rupees from there we can take auto to temple which cost 11 rupees only
