The guy sitting there who seems like son of the owner is rudest I have ever seen, egoistic. These people will first give you substitutes and then when you go for exchange. They will show u the board no return/exchange acceptable due to covid and themselves will not be wearing any mask. Just do look at this post while going there. They have no etiquette to talk to a customer.
