I recently visited the Origin store at khar and also tried their cafe.
Oh boy! If you haven't visited the store and cafe yet, please do.
Loved the products they have at the store and also the food I tried.

We loved the grilled pineapple colada. It was delicious.

The warrior salad was full of flavour and textures. Quite good!

The avocado sev puri was delicious too. Crispy puri, mushy avocado ..a great combination.

Spicy, peanut butter ramen pad thai..Quite different from the regular pad thai. We liked it.

Mock meat cannelloni was excellent. This is a must try dish. The Mock meat was flavourful and so as the sauce served with it. Loved it!

The bento box this was another fantastic dish. We loved both gravy. The Tofu one as well as the mixed vegetable in Sichuan sauce. Noodles were yum, cauliflower rice went along well with it. The salad was good too.

Overall a fantastic meal. Must visit them!

The Origin
This little cute & cozy café located at Khar severs magical vegan food and so happy that I visited The Origin store and also tried out food at the café,
which is located at the basement of the store. We tried couple of dishes from their menu which consists of Chaat Menu, Pizza, Burger, Wrap, smoothies, Coolers and much more.
This cafe follows all the covid protocols and extremely careful on the hygiene part.
The staff is very courteous and helpful.

Med Wrap - Hummus, Pickled Veggies & Falafel
Vegan Coca Pizza which was topped with various veggies and vegan flaxseed almond base

Every dish was made healthy and extremely tasty with unique twist. Everything is MUST HAVE!!!
Do visit this café for shopping from their store which sources great and freshest stuff.
They have everything from Chocolates, Spices, Vegetables, Sweets, Dry Fruits, Teas, Namkeens and much more.

The Origin Cafe is located at Linking Road Bandra which is quite a hide out & a hidden treasure to say the least , as they have a boutique store at the entry showcasing exclusive gourmet delights & the cafe is right down the basement .

The ambiance is contemporary , minimalistic & zen . Ideal for those people who are miles away from the loud noise scenario & prefer their peace & solitude in the company of their loved ones with lip smacking delectable food .

I was informed that the eatery is purely vegetarian & serves Vegan dishes which are just unbelievably delicious which I can surely vouch for !

We tried the avocado sev puri -
Must Must Must try without fail . The base puffed puri is made of Natchni ( millets ) topped with guacamole garnished with pomegranate & sev . Simply mind blowing .
Note : The portion size is Huge & definitely filling being value for money for every penny . Highly Recommended .

Next we tried the mock meat canneloni
Ragi flour creps filled with BBQ soya & veggies on a bed of the most tasty red sauce I have ever eaten . Again Highly Recommended . The food is freshly made which can by savoured in every bite . Again the portion is generous & unbelievably tasty . Loved it .

The vegan blueberry cheese cake is very creamy made of cashewnut base & yes a delight to the tastebuds .

Definitely can't help but mention the extremely courteous staff who go out of their way to take exceptional care of the guests .
Special mention of Mr Nadeem who took par excellence care to ensure we have a memorable time .

This place cannot be missed ! A paradise for Vegan lovers .

One of India's best Banofee Pie!
Must try - Cappuccino with Banofee Pie. We also tried Tropical Chia seed Smoothie which was a little sweeter than we'd liked but it was so fresh that it left us satiated and happy.

The products of the Origin Store are really amazing. I have been using its products since a couple of months. The quality of all the products is great. I have used many products such as organic honey, dry fruits, herbal teas, bakery items, and many more. I highly recommend their products.

The O cafe is amazing. Lovely food.

Was excited to spot a vegan cafe. Went in immediately! And it didn't disappoint.
Loved the zoodles doodles here!

Recently tried their Gifting Hampers. Must say, supremely unique and some amazing products. And lot of Gifting options to choose from... try them out.

Good places

The Origin, owned by the Bawa Group of Hotels, is a lovely place for a quick cup of coffee. It's been around for 4 months now, and the multi floored vegan store has a lot to whet the average gourmet's appetite.
We tried the cafe; sublime Americano brewed to perfection using their house blended dark roast, a delicious Banoffee pie, and an average blueberry cheesecake.
The ambience is cosy, the staff attentive and polite, the prices reasonable.
We recommend that you check this place out, and we'll be certainly visiting again. Their gourmet cheeses need some thorough rummaging through!
