As Bank is situated at Horniman Circle, prime area, there is always huge rush in bank. As a result of this, so much work load on bank employees. So, it takes time to get your work done. I would suggest you to go early in the morning if you have to get your work done early. This branch issues DD in exchange of cash even if you don't have an account in this branch. Just Aadhar Card Xerox needed.
Bank employees are helping. Though busy, they will guide you.

I am regular customer of Bank of Baroda, I went for foreign exchange branch at Hornimal Branch, Mumbai at second floor for currency exchange. Mrs. Sneha and their junior insist to me buy from pvt. dealer and gives me suggestions for best rate from pvt. dealer. So don't waste your time to go there. Worst branch or head office, they are not interested in public work.
