Affordable hotel which is very near to leh market. Leh palace and Shanti Stupa are visible from the hotel. The staff is humble and always ready to serve. Rooms are neat and clean. They also guide and arrange for local sight seeing as well as ladakh sight seeing with very affordable rates. Thanks for your excellent service and keep rocking.

I booked a standard room for 1500/- rs in the month of October and it was good.
Food was awesome 💯
The little garden on the first floor was great.

Palace view guest house was a great stay. Staff is very kind and helpful. It’s a luxurious stay in budget. Manager gave us free upgrade to super deluxe and deluxe rooms.
The place is very calm and peaceful. Service is excellent. Saurav is very helpful and nice guy. His guidance is awesome. He is vey kind person . He take care of all the person who stay in this hotel. I must say , this is a very good place. I strongly recommend this place . Food is very nice and they prepare as per our requirement😊😊

Saurabh is a very helpful person and you can count on him. Irfan too assists with laundry and many other tasks relating to the room. The staff is overall very professional.

Blankets are fairly warm and do the job for cold weather. If you wish to order food (Chicken curry + rice is fairly good), please inform the staff a few hours in advance so they can prepare, else you can visit the Leh market nearby.

The hotel's cleanliness and upkeep were remarkable, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the pricing was fair and reasonable, offering excellent value for money.

During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Saurav, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. From the moment we met, I felt a genuine connection, and he instantly became a friend. Saurav's assistance was invaluable, especially considering my initial struggle with the high altitude. After trekking uphill for half an hour and feeling the effects of low oxygen, I was completely out of breath. Saurav kindly helped me with my luggage and insisted that I take a day of rest, emphasizing the importance of acclimatization. He even provided me with a jug of water, urging me to finish it by evening to avoid any medical issues. Saurav's caring and helpful nature truly stood out, making me feel supported and safe throughout my entire trip.

Saurav's assistance extended beyond just the hotel. He graciously shared his local knowledge, guiding me to the best places to explore and shop. He recommended an excellent local market where I could find clothes at incredibly affordable prices. When I expressed an interest in purchasing pashmina shawls, he even accompanied me to the shop, ensuring that I found the perfect items. Saurav's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed me.

As I bid farewell to Leh, Saurav continued to showcase his exceptional hospitality. He kindly offered to drop me off at the bus stop, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free departure. The friendship I formed with Saurav was a true highlight of my trip. His warm and welcoming nature made me feel like I had a companion throughout my stay, and I never felt alone in a new place. Saurav's genuine care and attentiveness were unparalleled.

in every hotel i search for better bathroom its a fact and i found a good one here. food was good and the staff members r well behaved. specially Saurabh and Jubayer was very helpful. i wish every success ahead.

Highly recommended. I can assure that you won't regret if you stay at this place. Everyone, including the owner and staff will make you feel at home. I was travelling with my parents and a stay like palace view was very important because elderly people require special care at Leh because of the altitude and extreme weather conditions. They can also plan customisable packages for you. Overall experience was excellent and no complaints. Loved the stay here.

The nicest staff that one can imagine. Clean, nicely designed rooms. Great location close to the market.

The best thing about this hotel is the location - just 5 mins walk from Leh main market.
The deluxe rooms are good with basic things required.
The restaurant at the hotel is also good for breakfast/dinner but since this is next to market, you would always walk out to eat the local food.
Lastly, the staff is very friendly.

Place to stay . If you need to feel at home and at the same time enjoy tasty food all time with amazing view of Leh palace. This is the place to go . Rakesh was super welcoming and made our stay even better. Really glad we have people like them around when we go to remote places. Rooms are very good , cozy and comfortable. Value for money . The place Offers 5 star hospitality services. Close to leh market -5 min walk. They arrange treks , bikes , rentals on request too.

The best thing about this property is the location and the view from the roof top as well as the balcony of the rooms.
This property is like home for me.
It is run by some of the most amazing bunch of peoples. It is budget friendly.

Nice hotel for stay. Its very near to Leh palace and Leh main market. The rooms are nice and value for money. (We paid 1500rs per standard room). Restaurant is available. They have arranged us bike for rent also. The service is great.

This place is really good. All staffs very really nice. Rooms are good and heater in room available at night. Food also really good. Highly recommend this place to stay in leh, if you are not looking for too much high fi costly ones.

The hotel is amazingly amazing with great staff. They did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable. The rooms are big and airy with clean toilets and attached bathroom where 24 hours warm water is available. The property is very near to the Leh market with very good options for shopping traditional jewellery and souvenirs. They arranged our conveyance to Pangong lake and Nubra Valley along with local sightseeing. A special thanks to Mr. Rakesh Augustam, Mr. Vikram Sharma and Irfaan Bhai for making our stay and holidays a comfortable and memorable one. Even the cook Mr. Kishan would love to cook according to our requirements. We stayed for four nights and felt like home during our stay at Leh only because of such wonderful staff members. The best part is that they provided tips for acclimatization without any medication and we were really thankful that we didn't face any problems during our entire trip.

Superb location and service. The owner and Irfan ji were very helpful, and they give good advice about places to visit. If you fall sick, they will also look after you, is what we observed. We took the standard room and it was very clean, comfortable, and had hot water all the time (due to geyser). The terrace with all the plants is a lovely place to sit and relax at, and the dining room has a cosy vibe with its wooden furniture. Food options here are limited but everything we had was decent and reasonably priced. It's not really a problem, because the hotel is just 5-6 mins walk away from the main market which is full of cafes and restaurants, and also v close to the Leh Palace. If anyone is looking for a budget stay, be it as a family, couple or group of friends, I would really recommend this place.

This was such an amazing hotel because of it's super amazing hospitality. I haven't seen such a caring staff in any hotel. Not a 5 star hotel but expect greater hospitality than a 5 star. The rooms are clean, food super delicious and staff is always ready with a smile for anything you need. Market is very close and so is airport and many other places of interest to visit when in leh. Some rooms offer beautiful view of mountains and you can see Stock Kangri range everyday! I can't thank enough the staff for the kindness they show to every guest! They felt like a family! I already miss them! 😬

One the good places to stay. The room in which I stayed was cozy. They have solar water system so you will get hot water as soon as sun starts shining. (Avg sunrise time 5:45 am). Good food. Two terraces where you can sit and relax and enjoy the view of mountains and Leh Palace.

Though being a budget hotel ; its among d finest with d best wifi ; properly functioning TV n fan ; perfectly spacious rooms . N its only 5-7 min walk away from d Leh main bazaar. I wud highly recommend this hotel offering too many advantages for a cheap price

The stay waa very good, all the stuff was very cordial and very helpful. Helped us a lot, specially in acclimatizing to Leh weather and also by providing all necessary guidelines for further travel. The hotel has a very nice terrace to relax and enjoy the surrounding beauty.
