I got admitted for ear surgery, from admission process to surgery and discharge it was a very smooth and comfortable experience, Every staffs who took care especially Nursing incharge Ms.Shalini, staff nurses Sandhiya, Deepa, Kowsalya, Archana were very kind and helpful while attending. Big thanks to them. Operation theatre staffs, doctors were very helpful and explained all process in detail, last but not the least, I had availed cash less hospitalisation where Mr.Budha priyan had helped a lot in taking necessary approvals at the right time, he was very prompt and helping nature. Appreciate his timely help. thank you Bewell team for making the admission very comfortable for me.

I'm Mithun. I was admitted here for dengue. Every nurse was very friendly and I almost always got immediate assistance whenever it was needed. The bed sheets and covers were changed everyday and the rooms and bathroom were cleaned twice every day. The doctors were knowledgeable and everyone (Including the nurses) knew my name and treated me like someone they already knew. Even the cleaners asked me about my well-being every day. The doctors came once a day to just chat and ask about how I was doing. All in all, it was a very positive experience and they proved to be an important factor in my getting better. Thank you Be Well team!

Overall my experience with this hospital and facilities are really good. Dr Ganapati and other duty doctors are very professional and helpful. Especially Well taking care faculties to mention Aswini, Yuvarani, Archana, Kowsalya, Abirami are very helpful, friendly and very cooperative. House keeping staffs Chitra , Kannagi.....are very helpful to address us and asking my wellness regularly.

I would like to suggest to provide normal water for washing instead of salt ground water.

Upon her admission in the emergency department, Dr. Vignesh and the team acted swiftly and effectively to address her breathing difficulties, providing immediate relief and comfort. Dr. Jasmine both of them were very kind and attentive to all the queries asked and provided detailed review for her and very patience in answeting the queries and Dr. Anand, along with Dr. Arsha during the night shifts, demonstrated outstanding professionalism, attention to detail, and patience in addressing all concerns and providing comprehensive explanations of the treatment plan.

I would also like to acknowledge the remarkable dedication and compassion shown by the nursing staff, led by Nurse Incharge Shalini and her team including Abirmami, Sathya, Deepaa, Archana, Pandiselvi, Kowsalya, Nimmy, Sandiya, Aswini, Yuvarani, and Parkavi. Their prompt responsiveness, administration of medications, and unwavering support were instrumental in ensuring my mother's comfort and well-being throughout her stay.

Furthermore, I am impressed by the hospital's commitment to cleanliness, maintenance, and provision of necessary resources for effective medical care. The efforts made to maintain a safe and hygienic environment amidst current health concerns are highly commendable.
