Good to bank here but while dispatching my debit card the staff contacted me for latest address and sent my debit card it would be a good service for a bank like State Bank

Good, best customer service is available here inspite of rush. If we carry required papers/documents, depending on customer work, we can return home happily after getting the work done. Mostly we need not visit again and again. The staff and officers are very curious.

A Good spacious Bank in the centre of city you can say which is ever jam packed. The bank is a refreshing place when you enter in from the outside atmosphere of noise and sweltering heat. The staff is very cooperative and makes you comfortable while your work is being attended to.

Visited koti SBI branch today with a huge inferiority complex,great infrastructure & number of free parking areas available and full of greenery the surrounding area is filled with trees n plant as feeone can feel the positive vibes here in garden, coming to branch staff is very polite & as I dint visited for any Personal work just to have a look anyways great place for all kind of SBI related issues & adhar update & correction also available at reasonable price

After demonization of currency,most of the banks in the country were facing riot like situation,but this bank stood different.
They made sure every customer feels like home,with tent overhead for people in queues,and tea and snacks for free.Truly this bank should get Nobel prize for humanitarian service that too in a chaotic situation like this.

The staff is very friendly, my cash was stuck at atm, i went to complain, the staff was very polite and friendly and helped me fill the form, he assured me it will be credited and in 2 days it was credited.

I have very pleasant banking experience here.Staff is obedient ,wait time is low ,bank environment is so peaceful , 6 ATM machines , cash deposit machines pass book printing machine and a net banking KIOSK available in front of the Bank.

If you want queries related fund transfer to any foreign countries plz visit counter 26 the young lady is super talented and knows very well and handles customer issues nicely in a polite manner.
