One of the best luxury hotels in Hyderabad I have stayed so far. Their guest rooms are spacious and hygienic. Their staff were highly responsive and polite. I really enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast at their 24/7 Gallery Café.

From the beginning of our stay till the end, all our requests were complied to and they had informative staff to help us around the city. One of my biggest concerns while travelling is regarding the taste of the food but they got it on point only after being pointed out once. The swimming pool had an amazing view with very cordial attendants. The rooms are well maintained and the service comes promptly. At the end of the trip there was a glitch while making my payment but the staff was really patient and waited till the bank servers came back online.
