Very very poor service...takes 3 hours to deliver medicine to a 5 mins away location. Will never order from Sanu Medical.. after requesting them for my child's emergency, still they took 3 hours to deliver...horrible horrible horrible service..

Lot of Lost people taking orders, no one has any clue of order taken.

Extremely slow in delivery, you need to wait at least 90 minutes.

Very bad experience..inspite of repeated calls they took more than 2 hrs to deliver the medicines.they do kot understand the problem of the patients.they are least bothered

Pathetic service guy is always the on the phone .I went today to buy medicine and literrally go into a fight with the guy at the counter who was constantly hurling abuses at me.pls avoid this shop as there are multiple shops nearby like noble chemist.
