This is so true. The place is extensive classy and brings a very rich feel.
The place is huge area wise. They have a separate complex altogether for their amenities.
The pool is el classic and dreamy. What a space.
They have excellent spa, super good gaming facilities. Food is exceptionally good as one does not really enjoy a 5 star food experiences because of the global taste control standards they need to maintain. But we were provided what was requested , so yes. Experience

We went on the eid night,the hotel was pretty busy but still we were lucky enough to find the seat,the food was tasty,i would say the must try food was chicken tikka masala,it has the red food color though it tastes yum,fingerlicking food..nd caramel custard i would give a 4/5 as it was not that sweet it was supposed to be..overall a good experience👌

Sumptuous fare, very reasonably priced. I always make it a point to eat here whenever I'm nearby. They have still maintained their quality and portion size of meals.

Simply Loved it... It's an awesome place, my younger brother had reception in the lawn with very limited guest.
Hotel managers managed the marriage and reception so well I don't have words for the staff. Such polite and well mannered staff, they make you very comfortable.

The different themes are very interesting and the decor for each theme is very nicely done. The club is well equipped and has a beautiful pool. The library and movie theatre are must visits. The front office execs are super friendly and warm, and the front office duty
managers pay attention to detail and ensure the guests comfort.

The ambience, hotel rooms, bar and food is top notch. The swimming pool is huge and very beautiful.
The check in process is slow though, and that could be improved. Apart from this, i enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is near to airport.Once entered the gate the hotel is well decorated.I personally liked the water fountain at the entrance as looking at it,it makes u feel refreshing in mumbai's hot climate.The hotel has different theme on each floor like water,ice,fire etc.
The room had all basic amenities available though v had to struggle a bit while using tv remote but thats ok and the rooms are comfortable and clean.
The staff is very helful right from front desk to room service.
The billing was fast which i liked.
The food is very good with lots if options available,they have an oriental All stir fry restraunt and an outdoor dinning area too.
The property has a bar which looked great but i didnot have time to experience.The property has a pool,salon and club.

The best part is in the craziness of mumbai this property is so so quiet and peaceful.

Everything was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean. Some moschito might come time to time, but no big worries. The club including pool, gym, spa and other options is superb. Breakfast is tasteful and good choice. Good value for the price paid. I recommend staying in the heart of Mumbai but not feeling crowd at all.

This hotel is really beautiful. It has a lot of greenery around. It is very very strategically located. You can almost see the airport from your room window the interiors in the room are fantastic the bathrooms are huge and have a very large tub for even a six footer. Restaurant serves excellent food and staff a very very helpful. Food is quite expensive and the telephone inside the room is not very user friendly. The internet some how wasn't working in a try to access. All the amenities in the room. Very large and special and they have a break feel flooring which looks really good.

Only the internet was a little hard to figure out.

Well located outlet, with a good menu. But, it's so bad that they don't have a washroom for Clients. In a season like December, where you will leak ? It's a big trouble.

There was some problem in the booking communication from my company officials. Hotel staff had no instructions for my room booking. However, the hotel staff was so supportive that they sent vehicle to pick me up from the airport at 3AM. And later given me the booking instantly. It was amazing experience for me. This is a review for the banquet service of the hotel. We recently had a small, intimate family event at the banquet room of Waterstone and I must say it was excellent.
This was the second time we chose to host a personal event at this venue, not just because of the setting but because of the service offered by the team in charge of banquets.
Vincent Rasquinha and his team did an outstanding job. Vincent was always available to help with everything from the menu to sorting out the finer details of the event. The food was amazing and the service exceptional. Our guests had a great time, thanks to the warm hospitality of Vincent team.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay with family. Hotel staff is really polite. Rooms are clean and spacious with an airport view. Located near to the international airport you can easily catch a flight. This hotel has a spacious lobby which is on the 2nd floor with a large dining area for breakfast and also huge relaxing place. Also there is corner shop on 2nd floor lobby. Loved the hotel😍❤. Will visit again soon.
