Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Palm Grove

The hotel was perfect, breakfast was good, rooms were clean, but the highlight of my stay was Chirag from reception! He was so kind and helpful i don't think i've ever met a staff as friendly as him! Gave us great memory of mumbai.

Room service was very prompt and outstanding. Subhramanian took excellent care of us. Breakfast service was good. Service was slow and some time we have to request it again. This can be improved. Front greeting staff is always opening Door and greeting with a smile welcoming us.

Best location good rooms good service only drawback was that direct beach access from hotel is not there

Very nice but high expensive..they don't allow kids in single room and ask to book 2 rooms which is not practical and too expensive.
Only suitable for business not for family.

We very much enjoyed our 3 nights at the Ramada Plaza. Clean room and bathroom. nice pool. good selection for breakfast. We tried the buffet one evening, and enjoyed the selection. The baked mango dessert was particularly good. Not as big as the other hotels, but in someways that makes it more personal.

Exactly what you would expect from Ramada. Food, service was good. Courteous staff and decent. Best thing was the location being so close to the airport

A great hotel in the heart of Juhu, Mumbai. We really enjoyed our stay here, especially due to the silver service. Particularly the staff, Devendra - a member of staff was exceptional. Very attentive, warm and hospitable he definitely made our stay that much better!

We have been staying here for over 15 years. It’s our home away from home and we look forward to every visit. The location is perfect, being right on the beach. The food is always delicious at both of the restaurants and the bar is cozy with great drinks and snacks. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
The reason this hotel is so good is the staff. Many of them have been there for years. Upendra, Fausstis,Deepak and and Anthony manage the restaurant and the hotel beautifully. They have time for every guest and always make us feel welcome. They make us feel at home!
The housekeeping staff do an excellent keeping the rooms spotless, providing extra tea, water or more towels.
We look forward to our next visit!

I recently returned from a trip to Mumbai and stayed at Ramada plaza. The stay and the employees were all so helpful and kind. They exceeded our expectations. We were there to shop for a wedding and the staff was able to provide so much help and support for all things wedding. All staff provided great service, rooms were clean and nicely kept, food was tasty and service was exceptional. To name a few staff that went above and beyond: suraj, Gautam and Chirag. Thank you everyone.
