I was here for the embassy visit and had a great time. Food is out of this world even though the prices are much on the higher end. But you get the quality for whatever you ask for which is the best you can get. The staff were pretty helpful and this hotel deserves the 5 star accolade

Our 2nd time here and it’s still just as brilliant as 6 years ago! Great location and amazing service! The beds are very comfortable and the food is divine!

I stayed here for a couple nights December 2023 and would recommend it to anyone, it’s such a nice place to stay and everyone is so friendly. The pool was relaxed, the food in the ground floor restaurant was also delicious. I’ve given 4 stars for location just because it was so far from the tourist area that I struggled to get there and back as cabs can take a really long time in the traffic so be prepared to get the train. Also would recommend the hotel to let guests know when windows are being cleaned.

We loved the women’s day brunch! Food spread was extremely good. Service impeccable. Reasonable pricing for a lavish food spread like that!

Rooms, staff, hospitality, decor, and especially beautiful breakfast buffet was spectacular. Some of the best, most unique and fresh food I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely a fantastic hotel with very thoughtful service. Each member of the team is respectful and friendly. The breakfast buffet has variety of foods and tastes great. The rooms are well laid out and spacious. For our family, this location was perfect since we had family in every part of Mumbai.

I really love my stay there it's was a great experience. The staff was really great they went above and beyond with there services they very friendly and helpful. Me and my sister stay there for 3 days. For 2 female we really feel safe and happy there. the restaurant was great also the food was great but I think they should have more items when it come to India food. U guys should add more India items to your menu. But overall I give u guys 100 stars 🌟. Thank for making my stay so beautiful and safe . God bless u and your familys...

This hotel is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was about a week long last year. The breakfast/ food and business center is delicious and such a variety. The hotel is very clean and has a lot of nice amenities. We would definitely stay here again. We had a day of relaxation just in the hotel itself, there was a lot going on!

Our only concern was that this 1 younger woman named Dupasana who we encountered a few times was very stuck up and came off as arrogant. She was walking around as though she owned the place and treated not only myself but other customers as though we were beneath her. We don’t know why she was acting this way towards us, maybe because we were foreigners. Hopefully someone talks to her and trains her on how to behave with customers. Otherwise the rest of the staff was great and very helpful.

Staff here are welcoming and hospitable. They make the stay very comfortable. The Rooms are neat and clean.. Rashi at the executive floor is very nice and sweet.Every staff member is very polite and friendly. If i get chance in future i will stay here again and also recommend to others.😆🙂🙂🙂

Visited first time along with my colleague for a business meeting organised by HP INDIA.

Awesome Meeting Hall with a seating capacity of almost 60 people.

Food Menu was good.

Drinks as well as food Quality was really too good.

Service was superb.

Approach from Main Road is too good. BKC everyone knows is heart of Mumbai.

In short it was a mesmerizing experience to meet HP team & listening their views on upcoming technology and celebrated 1 Billion customers event along with other Industrial Expert.

We choose this place as it is near us visa building and best 5 star property near bkc.

The property is amazing and the staff and services are excellent.

During breakfast the server Mr. Tanmay was a good server and quickly in getting orders to serve us.

Very nice hotel - room, food, staff top grade. Surfing breakfast a young Man called vishal helped me choose the best dishes and was super helpful at all times - which I appreciated greatly as I was a bit distressed in the mornibg due to information about a cancelled flight out od India.

I planned to celebrate My Birthday with my wife and kids(4 years and 1 years) .My kids enjoyed a lot with very sweet gesture of the Sofitel team by giving Drawing Book colours, Decorating the room and keeping Gifts. Bath Tub with Foam added more to their fun.. Thanks to the team for their hospitality.

The room and stay were very good overall and the staff was super helpful. The breakfast spread looked very good too, but somehow we did not like the Indian style choices much and some of us has a mild stomach upset later that day. Might not be related as we were on a hectic trip. Overall hotel experience was good.
