IRA By Orchid Mumbai - T2 International Airport (Formerly VITS Mumbai )

I recently stayed at IRA by Orchid Mumbai, and while the hotel's location is convenient for business visitors and airport layovers, I was disappointed with certain aspects. The rooms did not meet the specifications of the parent group, and considering the room price, the discrepancy was notable. Upon entering, the room was small, old, and had an unpleasant odor, creating a less-than-ideal first impression.

Moreover, all four lifts were working at a frustratingly slow pace. The reception staff lacked warmth, as they interacted with guests without smiling. This contributed to an overall sense of disappointment during my stay.

However, the saving grace was the outstanding buffet breakfast. The food was amazing, and the layout was well-designed. Surprisingly, the restaurant staff, including the manager, stood out for their friendliness and dedication. The restaurant manager was continuously guiding the staff and even personally serving guests, which significantly enhanced the dining experience.

In summary, while IRA by Orchid Mumbai has its drawbacks, the excellent buffet breakfast and commendable restaurant staff provide a silver lining to the overall stay experience.

Good rooms with good ambience. Restaurant is a bit expensive, but ambience is very good. Stay is comfortable and good amenities. It is just 5 km from airport.

The place is on the main road, very close to the metro station and the airport is less than 5mins. The service and the aesthetics are absolutely amazing. Would recommend

Very refreshing hotel in the busy area of andheri.
Definately recommended. Rooms quite big with all facilities like Iron and Iron table, Desk setup. The views from room windows is really good. Breakfast was shows topper. They provide wide variety of dishes. Staff was very curious and helpful.

Very recently I stayed at this Hotel. Well maintained rooms. Good food. Professional and responsive staff. The breakfast spread is brilliant. One feedback for the Hotel is to orient their security, valley, and bell attendants to be prudent and more customer oriented. They wait for someone to call them for help rather than offering it right from the beginning. Overall a pleasant experience.

Earlier this was VITS have been here many times for Trainings.
As always gr8 day spent.

Again, the first time I stayed here. The location is good and the facilities. I would recommend the hotel for business or even if you want to stay with family. It is an old property but it is well managed. The breakfast spread was quite wide and had some very good options.

Located near the airport, this hotel is clearly visible to find. Valet parking service is available which I find very convenient. Food, service & staff is good. The pool side dining is icing on the cake, looking forward to visiting this place again.
