From Senior Doctor to ward lady all staff are very co-operative and helpful. Special thanks to Dr. Shaveta Garg to guide us really well and always available whenever assistance required.

She took so good care of me and my baby through all the complications she stood by me. Thanks u so much. The nursing staff is so efficient. Didn't had any frown on their faces through the stay at hospital. Special Thanks to Lactation Dr.Poonam who promised me that I will be able to feed my son till the day of discharge which was fulfilled. Had a wonderful experience throughout the check ups and delivery time.

We started taking online consultations from Singapore by Dr.Pallavi & that’s when we decided to choose Cloudnine for our delivery. She is one of the best doctors we have come across. She connects really well with her patients, she is the one who doesn’t track time while consulting with patients, she believe in quality not quantity:) She is always available for her patients, she gives you that comfort that you won’t hesitate in talking to her about anything. My wife was on a short visit to India. She developed pain in lower abdomen. One of our friends recommended Cloudnine. Recommendation was well deserved specially Doctor Rhythm who handled the case. She gave us a lot of confidence, guided us well throughout on required tests, explained the issue and possible treatment options. Procedure was done successfully.
Hospital is well equipped, nursing staff is helpful and above all it is spot clean.

Our Gynecologist was Dr Shilva and paediatrician was Dr Sahil Bansal who are highly experienced and took lot of care of the mother and baby.

Our baby was in NICU and their facility is very good with well trained staff. Special thanks to the staff of the NICU, Sister Simarjit Sister Gurjinder, Anuradha , Pratibha, Sukhdeep, Baljit, Kiranpreet and all NICU staff for continuously monitoring our baby in NICU.

Forever grateful to Dr Shilva for giving us our 2nd bundle of joy a week ago. She was the one who was part of our journey to parenthood as our doctor, mentor and guide both the times. I must say this is the best decision of my life to chose cloud nine. Right from the beginning to the follow ups after discharge expert doctors and super convenient facilities were provided. I also want to appreciate the friendly and guiding hand of Dr Rhytham Bhalla. One can trust with closed eyes on her. Inspite of working in Mumbai all consultation and advices were given timely and hassle free. Highly recommend others for chosing this hospital over any other.
