Last month I had to travel to India from Sydney, Australia to attend to an urgent family situation. While travelling from Delhi airport to my hometown in Punjab, one of the biggest concerns of booking a taxi service being an NRI was the trustworthiness of the driver and your personal security. I had the good fortune of booking SAINI tours and travels, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience right from the time I boarded the cab to the drop-off. The drive was extremely courteous, punctual and professional. He made good conversations and also respected my privacy. The car was new, clean had a good fragrance and I was greeted with a water bottle and a newspaper (which doesn't happen anywhere else in the world!).
