From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and clean facilities. The gym was well-equipped with state-of-the-art machines and equipment, making it easy to get in a great workout. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was motivating.

By far the best gym that I have been to and I actually followed my trainer to it from another establishment. A little bit about my trainer, his name is Robin and by far the most learned trainer I have been with. My first appointment with him was just as assessment about my stance, posture etc and what I had been doing wrong in my past workouts. He took the time to explain about the mechanics and what could be done to correct and teach the body to work by triggering small movements which would result in bigger gains instead of pushing heavy numbers with mindless movements. All I can say is that I’m a fan and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Now getting back to the gym. It is equipped with the state of the art machines which totally focuses on the muscle you are working and the results speak for themselves. The gym is owned by Dr. Ram Niranjan who specialises in Sports and exercise medicine so you can imagine the care and thought that has been put into sourcing out the right equipment. Don’t take my word for it but do visit and be floored by the experience.

By far the best gym I have experienced. I was impressed by the place itself. It's spacious and feels luxury. Being run by a doctor. Its the 1st gym in chennai that took my blood test at the gym itself and prescribes diet and custom made nutrition along with personalised exercises. The trainers are very friendly. I am glad I choose this gym.
