What attracts here more is ...Guess what? S, u r right....but that in another form...like redeemable points...and the discount % is up to 15 when ordered online and 10% when buying in person / non online (!). U can get almost all medicines, if u r a regular customer...sounds weird,isnt it...its true in many a medical shops. With the points redeemed u can get some ,not many,choices of materials to choose with. But few good options like kitchen utensils, hosue hold articles are good to go with.But look out the availability is a concern, all time ... :(There are few more shops nearby ,around theee in numbers,one being apollo,other one being quite popular and u can get what u need here.other one being new,not seems to have much of stock as of now.

Online medical stores such as Netmeds onemg are much cheaper than this store when compared. Please reduce the rates and provide competitive service for the development of your company.

Make lot of improvement

Uncooperative, terse and careless responses for queries and orders. It is better the higher up make note of.

Very worst medical shop especially one lady Maheshwari she was the one who asked me to place the order over phone . Though I stay close to the shop she asked me to place the order over phone and when I did that she picked the call and spoke to me very rudely. She asked me to call her to place the order. She didn't allow me to give the medicine name thoroughly instead she kept saying next next . She also said there are customer in shop and cannot take my prescription. The staffs on the whole are very rude. Kindly think twice before going to the pharmacy

This is definitely the WORST Medplus shop that I'm aware of. The staff (especially one lady) are extremely rude towards the customers. Recently, I placed an online order with a store pick-up. After I received the SMS that the order is ready for pick-up, I went to the store. Staff said they have not yet received the items. Called customer service and they said the items were delivered to the store previous day. Customer care then called the store and they agreed that the medicines were indeed delivered. So, the store had lied to the customer. I had to spend 30 minutes with customer care who were kept saying that the prescription was not valid (though, they never saw the actual prescription). After all the drama, I ended up cancelling the order and requesting a refund. A bad experience.

Hi normaly buy medicine from there it's not because of the staff or customer service. The online promotions like phone pay, rewards points etc... Today 9.45am my mom bought medicine and told my mobile number to pay via phone pay every time will do like this. The store staff simply replied that's not possible, then my mom called me told the same I ask Mom to pass over phone to staff. The lady staff spoke very rude and said not possible or else your need to come, I told her have already came to office couldn't able to come now please ask your colleagues to speak again she rudly replaid not possible and passed phone to one male staff, surprisingly he also doing the same thing even worst manner during the conversation they simply cut the call. Beaing sugar patient at last my mom paid by cash and left the store. After some time have called pharmacy to ask the staff name and In charge/ Store manager name again they replied very rudly where ever you want to complain go and complain we wouldn't tell our name and cut the call. Again have tried many times they haven't pick the call.
Dear Medplus not only offers and promotions alone will take you greater heights and growth. Please take care of your loyal customer and customer service as well they are your real asset and strength of your business hope you understand the seriousness of customer and service. "Customers are not depends on you, You are depends on them". If you continue these kind of staffs and services, mark my words wouldn't sustain in competative market. Better be awake. I never go that store anymore and I wouldn't let any of my relatives and friends to go. Please take corrective measures at the earliest other wise will share to all social media. Highly disappointed with your staff selections.

Please don't purchase from this place Worst sevice ever....they got my order and they did not give one product I purchased for 4000 and they only gave me 3800 worth products...very very bad staffs they think that they are helping people which probably they are stealing money and not giving proper respect for customer
