One of the worst branches of medplus. The other worst branch is in periyar paathai. In this kodambakkam branch 2 female staffs and 3 male staffs are working. Female staffs do not even know the name of medicines properly. Tried ordering medicines through phone and they did not understand even a single medicine name. Amount the 3 male staffs, Surya and Kishore, both are useless as well. Surya took 1 month time to exchange a few medicines for me. No proper response for web orders also. Both of them checked all the medicines and gave me but still they didn't inform me ine of the tablet that was not available (vogo 0.2 mg). Also they missed 10 numbers of another tablet Fenecor. Next day I went and they couldn't trace the tablet where it was. Complained about this to supervisor Vinoth and he also did not respond properly. Totally useless. Actually I wanted to give 0 rating but 0 is not available hence I gave 1/5. Worst service ever. Told that I would never ever step into that branch hereafter ...

All The staff with out mask selling medicine. Chennal corporation must take action immediatly
