I've been a regular here for the past 3 years. Thorough professionals.

My visit happened in February 2022 - I had a Swedish therapy + body scrub. The service was on the whole good and the cost is affordable. The therapist is very professional, it is necessary to visit the place. In my next vacation, I definitely visit!

I had been to the spa in March... It was an incredible experience. Very soothing and calming. The things I think that stood out for me was:
1. Cleanliness - the place was speak clean and everyone gets individual rooms - so it's private.
2. Products used were of very high quality.
3. Service and the staffs were very friendly and cordial. Achui did the massage and spa for me...she was really good with her strokes and very professional.
Overall It was value for money and would definitely visit again.

Best! Clean space, professional masseur and front desk, worth for the package!
Suggestions: Try to provide more deals and loyalty programs/package!

Complete ecstasy! This is my sixth time experiencing such a blissful times in Great palms! I normally kept on switching the spa to find the best among. This is the first ever spa where I visit almost twice a month to rejuvenate myself both physically and mentally. Not just the massage and professional therapists, you'll definitely find a step above in everything including the amenities and the hospitality. Increasing my spa days! Love it!!!

It was my first experience in spa... The therapist name Asta I think so.. I opted for a dry massage I was having lower left back pain .. the massage she did was great.. I'll be visiting again for a oil massage very soon... The therapist was very good and friendly... Thank you...

My experience:
First,I got greeted by receptionist Shaany. Then she asked me the details. i shown voucher for the massage.Later I had coconut water and then therapist Aarin welcomed me, she cleaned my toe.After, I entered the massage room. Later, she did Balinese massage for one hour. She did the stretches and applied balinese oil to the body. I relaxed my whole body via massage.finally I had shower with hot water. It's a great experience.
Now i have been here for couple of times.
I personally thank Ms.Aparna/poonam(manager) for the proffer and attractive talk.

They provide a real professional services at affordable price. It heals my back pain a lot and give a feel good mood. Now a days I am regularly visiting.

The store keepers listen to your needs and suggest which massage will serve the purpose.
The therapists keep checking with your comfort and are well-behaved.
The place is neat, clean and well maintained.

This SPA, unlike other famous multi chain SPAs is completely run by the owner of the establishment, Mrs. Poonam and her husband, themselves. Personal involvement of the owners has really kept the quality of the SPA upto mark. I had the great palms signature therapy which included complete stretching and massage using organic oils.
There are always two major concerns when you visit a SPA:
Hygiene / Cleanliness - This place is absolutely clean. From the reception area, the individual spa room, the table, towels, individual bath and the washrooms. The interiors too were very relaxing.
Masseuse skill set - The masseuse here is very well trained. She has complete knowledge of the therapy and was spot on during the entire session.
Based on my experience today, I Would definitely recommend this place for all other services offered too..

I chanced upon this place after my regular spa in Anna Nagar was busy on a Sunday evening. I took the signature therapy massage for 90 mins for Rs. 2499 via a coupon. To begin with, this is a newly opened place and ambiance was great. Signature therapy includes a welcome drink, a dry thai stretching massage for 20 mins, warm oil massage, warm towel tap dry (which was unique and great btw), steam bath for 10 mins, and finally hot water shower with good water pressure to finish it off. There's also green tea, if you opt to. Special props to the therapist - she was patient enough to work through all the muscles and also constantly kept checking with me on the pressure. Overall, a pampering and a relaxing experience.

I've been to bunch of spas in and around Anna Nagar over last 3 or so years, and this is the first time I felt like leaving a review, just to spread the positivity.

Relatively new spa, well maintained, services really good. Kamala and amuga did a great job for my pedicure and manicure service appointment. Products selection is unique. Value for money.
