Right now I'm staying at Taj Club House, Chennai and JIVA spa at Taj Club circle, Chennai is horrendous. The masseur lady staffs doesn't have minimum knowledge of the pressure points in the body and it was just an oil massage with no minimum relaxation.
Probably at Taj properties this is not expected to have this kind of massage.
They can change us as much as they can with at least satisfactory massage, but this was utterly awful and few years back they had better masseurs and it used to relaxing and rejuvenating.
However I would not like to experience the massage at JIVA again.
