Jothi Theatre

I love this theater as it's still one of retro, old school, and classic theater with balcony seating.

They got more than 600 seats, air conditioned, and the audio is really great, too. Unlike the malls, snacks are cheaper and parking is only 20rs.

The price differences for the balcony and ground floor are only 20rs extra. I love the balcony view since people walking amidst the screen time won't be a great disturbance to the immersive experience. I have watched plenty of movies for 130rs, including Gst and parking.

Went to see Beast with beastie.... Theatre is quite improved. Had Coke and lays costed 80 rs. Theater floor needs repair work.audio needs some enhanced feature . budget friendly theater in the middle of the city. parking tha exclusive. just too comfortable dont need to walk kmtrs-just a relief.

Low budget theatre and then parking payment is okie. Old one rest rooms, seats, sound effective, Ac is not working....

Watched NGK and Enjoyed a lot...Overall Worth for The Ticket Cost 😉 Well Maintained Theatre 😊, Sound Effects are Awesome.

Watched many movies here, including Draupathi... Never had any inconvenience. Nice atmosphere, good Interiors, comfort Seating, pucca music effects, affordable snacks during intermission, reasonable parking charges, etc.,

For me it's Good Place to watch movies 🍿😀

When I was child, ppl used say more about Jothi Theatre or Parangkimali Jothi, a well known theatre for Adult Movies alone. But now they have changed the name which was among ppl of Chennai. They are transforming the theatre slowly with better seat, snack etc..

Audio and video quality is excellent. The snacks served are hot and tasty. One has to credit that this theatre continues to this day. So many theatres of that era have disappeared.

The Movie is excellent while the theater has clean environment and better entertainment system with fantastic viewing angle with affordable ticket pricing.

Its my nearest theater screen is big and quality also good but seat and visibility quality need to improve otherwise good

Good theatre...okayish maintenance and good sound effects too

When We Here Jothi Theatre Everybody thinks they are Showing Some Bad Movies till Now! But Not Like that, Because Now the Theater Level is So High, Their Seats are So Comfortable to watch a Movies for 3 Hours and The Sounds are so Better when Comparing to others! Proud to say That the theater Presented at My Area Parangimalai!

One of the oldest theatre in Chennai it would be Nostalgic for 80s and 90s kids to watch movie in this theatre. Well maintained and worth for money. Ticket price and snacks are at very reasonable price and does not loot like corporate buggers like PVR Inox palazzo. People must watch movies in these single screen theatres or else these single screen theatres cannot survive before corporate buggers like PVR Inox palazzo.

Nice Theatre for All the Family to watch movies with all Facilities from Children to Grownup People to Fully Enjoy the Movie alongwith Many Other Outdoor Activities for Refreshment of his Mind. Even Grownup People can Also Enjoy there with families
