Had a terrible experience with their team today after I landed from my Air India Express flight from Ranchi to Mumbai. My expensive photography equipment was misplaced for over 3 hours without anyone even appearing to help for the first 1.5 hours. The staff themselves were polite but extremely incompetent. Very negative overall experience. Overall my waiting time from landing at 11:10am to waiting till 2pm was the worst service I have ever encountered at an airport!

Celebinas is very bad company.
They don't have any planning about the staff. They don't know how to treat the Staff and the paseenger.
They don't give the weekoff to the staff. Duty officer treated has very badly to the staff. Staff is not good and they are showing attitude and giving lots of pressure. And they don't have proper salary and no overtime salary. And we have a duty officer Mr Girish he is telling to the staff tht he needs a money for his loan and he has taken the money from the staff it's not a good thing. And he didn't give the money to the staff back which he had taken from the staff. Please note this point. Please take the necessary action against him. This is very tourchering to the staff for money.
And he is getting the salary and everyone is getting paid.
He doesn't have any commonsense and badly he is behaviouring to the staff. So if he tells the lie and we have the proof and wht he message and and wht he told. So kindly please note this. And every staff knows. Do t missues the staff and the passengers also.
