We had a great experience at UL, we were tired of checking out couch options when we stumbled upon UL showroom and Tarannum assisted us wonderfully with precise details and understood our needs.

We ended up buying an extra cot and lamp along with the couch! There are good in store discounts which is added advantage.. very satisfied with the purchase.

Store at Juhu is comfortable and clean. Illumination and ambient is cheerful.

A smooth experience.

So we ordered a study table, dining table and a bench. But there was an issue. A planned holiday. Which meant that delivery had to scheduled according to our schedule.

Must acknowledge the efforts of Mr. Azhar. Full marks to his work ethics. Also, there was another hiccup.

A chipped corner. Yes; the dining table had a chipped corner. Which was promptly replaced, no questions asked.

Also, like to show gratitude towards the transport team. They made sure we had no problems whatsoever.
