This place was recommended by a local who became a good friend. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. Free wifi that actually worked and was reliable. Very happy with our stay here. Highly recommend it!(:

Owner is friendly... It's my regular home stay...clean.. . Tea and small titbits on the premises... Good... reasonable to cheap restaurants nearby...its a Homestay... Don't expect to be rotten pampered... But one is looked after very well.

A very nice home stay with lots of facilities, owner come chef .Mr Dipu lal is running this place.He has more experience in dealing with customers for along time ,since he started his first venture in CASALINDA RESTAURANT AND PARKAVENUE RESTAURANT IN 2002 which is highly recommended by tripadvisor. More than that his wife also joins with him to run this homely place,So its a good place for those who prefer to get a homely atmosphere in FORTCOCHIN. I highly recommend those who search about this hotel for a few days in fortcochin

One of the best cheap rated Homestay in fort cochin. Pleasant stay. Clean rooms. Very good behaviour staffs. Great location. Love this place. Suggesting for couples and families. Good experience
