I had one of the most outstanding experiences of my life, stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every second of it. The staff is good, cleanliness of the hotel is good, but aroma is extraordinary. I recommend everyone.

Very luxurious hotel in Hyderabad with a nice mall on the other side of the road and good restaurants nearby. The prices in the hotel is quite steep so it’s good to have outside options.
The rooms and hotel was excellent although there were some delays on checking in, and the key didn’t work the first time. Other from that they stay was perfect.

Amazing hotel, luxurious, spacious and designed to perfection.

Breakfast spread is amazing and with a variety of choices for veg and non veg.

Rooms are spacious, clean, near, room service is good. Bathrooms are also clean and spacious

But Before giving Space thouroughly Check the Tap's Sensors, Water Availability, and Sensors Working Conditions.
Mainly Sign boards are and Guidance from Entrance to the Function Venue are Very Essential.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say the experience was truly amazing. The staff was very warm right from my welcome till my checkout.
They were pretty quick in responding to all my requests.
The hotels food and service was brilliant and I must also complement the interiors of the hotels especially the lobby which was a treat to the eyes.

The spread for a lunch buffet was more than decent, nothing spectacular though. The food quality cannot be faulted one bit but the spread was underwhelming.
The staff makes it up with their presence and were very attentive to every requirement of the customers.
I was actually going to rate 4 stars due to the spread but then at the end, even though not on the menu the staff treated us with filter coffee for the entire group. Brought a smile to all of us and ended it on a high.

So ITC if you're reading this, you have a great staff at kohenur, keep them well.

Am a club Culinaire member since 6 years now. When you dine there and offer your 50% off voucher the expression of the staff changes. Mind you this happens every time. A smiling face becomes like dude why you here if you can’t afford. This time my son pointed out and said looks like it dint go well with him. He wanted you to pay in full.

Disgusting attitude. Why sell memberships for 15k if you guys have to embarrass your guests.
