I recently stayed at Keys Hotel and had a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist. The service was top-notch, and the food exceeded my expectations. Moreover, the stay provided excellent value for money. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Warm and welcoming that makes you feel at ease like at home.. The reception team especially Mr Vinu, are always enquiring on small details for your best during your stay.. The restaurant team Rajnish, Ramesh, Anoop, Sruthi and others are always at your service.. The friendly cook Vinu and those working in the background.. The trustful housekeeping team.. Even the friendly and helpful security guards.. All these hardworking personnel are always greeting and wearing their beautiful smiles..

A good place to stay. The complementary breakfast is a good spread. The place is good for a quiet stay. Easy access to the city via taxi services.

Rooms are cozy and view kf backwater from the room was nice and room service was good. Food taste was also great.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous infrastructure, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and service undoubtedly makes it the the best place to stay in Kochi. My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Every staff member we encountered, from the check- in to the dining and the cleaning staff were incredibly helpful and amenities were great. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Visited here for an official occasion. The staff's are very nice. The location is not convenient. Food is also nice. The place was very quiet and calm. Didn't know about the rooms.

Reasonable price for rooms, and best room service I ever seen. Morning breakfast is free and they provide all varieties of foods, juices.

They are amazing and Mr. Shareef front desk officer he was very humble and kind. The restaurant breakfast is amazing and the views are super from hotel.

A lovely experience staying at the Keys Hotel! The service is outstanding with very kind staff. The rooms are clean, and are maintained to a high standard. The breakfast buffets have many varieties of food to choose from, both western food as well as Indian and they were both delicious. We particularly enjoyed the 24 hour room service to order food up to the room. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

The best part of Keys Select hotel is its staff. They are very helpful and friendly. Mr Febin who was at the reception and Ms Monica and Mr Derin in the restaurant deserve special appreciation. Rooms are well designed and very clean too. Our rooms on the 7th floor gave good views. As one may notice from my review of the cafe, food quality could be improved. But overall, this is certainly a great place to stay in Cochin.

The best mid level hotel in Kochi offers spacy and clean rooms. The staff are polite and offer great hospitality towards customers. Food is not up to the mark, it's ok. Maybe they will improve the stuff.

Such a pleasant atmosphere. Really loved a very lot. The staffs, housekeepers, catering staff, security and at the reception were so kind. I booked a room for 2 days and enjoyed it a lot. I really don't understand why people writing negative reviews. The A/C is good, food is really really awesome.

I will come back for sure.
