Went for aadhar update, every time they are saying it is closed for today, come tomorrow. Worst service

People in this govt post office do not like to do their work. I have applied for internet banking 2 weeks back these office guys didn't not put in the request and when I visited they said they did not have the facility to request internet banking and told me to visit a different post office. I called customer care and confirmed that this office has the facility and only they can put in the request for my account since it is my home branch. But this lazy people who only take taxpayer money do not want to deal with paperwork. Made me open unnecessary in India postal payments bank account a different service altogether and asked to link my post office savings account to transfer money. I got the number of their head office and raised a complaint. Their office landline receiver in kept down since they do not want people to call and get info and do any extra work. Still have not got my account details and these incompetent people don't even know what I am saying with the details got from customer care, their site, administrators. I have to teach them their jobs as well.
