A wonderful 5 star hotel! The rooms are well kept and very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The staff gave us a complimentary plate of little desserts in our room, which was much appreciated and tasty.
The breakfast could have more varieties, but what was offered was also delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Yesterday was my wedding reception and my parents could not have suggested a better venue. The staff there were so kind and I absolutely loved the service. When the expected crowd was more, the chefs there were quick to make extra food and ensured that not a single person left without eating. Thank you for making it extremely memorable for me. Absolutely LOVED every minute of my stay and reception event at the hotel. And to the Chefs who were in charge of the banquet, forever grateful! Thank you to all the staff working there to!

Very nice and beautiful accommodations! Stayed here on a business trip and was very pleased! Room was very nice, enjoyed the tech and how everything could be controlled via an iPad, no complaints on the room. Staff was all very friendly and helpful! The restaurants on the first level were also very good and made the experience that much better

Wonderful two day stay. Very convenient location in the city. Rooms were new and well kept. Breakfast at The Crown restaurant was dismal. Weirdly though in spite of being a non smoking room our room was smelling of tobacco whenever we entered.

Ideal location, well furnished and clean room, highly functional bathroom and good service made this a great stay. Loved the Japanese restaurant more than the standard buffet one in the ground floor. Comfortable bed and the room had a Nespresso machine as well.

We had a beautiful room on the 16th floor with spectacular views of the city. Excellent room service, particularly, Ananth, who was courteous and kind while attending to our requests. Food was great. A wonderful place to stay with a lovely spa. All the staff are welcoming and extremely friendly and kind.

From 2011, i have been going to India and Residency Towers had been the best go to hotel for me. Its near all the amenties and shopping area Pondy Bazaar. And getting anywhere from this hotel is so convenient.

A higher class hotel. Great rooms, facilities and buffet breakfast. 5-minute walk to Poddy Bazzar shops.
It costs a bit but it is worth it. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff was very helpful we booked 5 rooms and was rushing to do shopping. Since our room was not ready fully they gave us 2 rooms to refresh after a long flight and then we went off shopping. When we came back they arranged all our bags in our room with welcome cakes… Best hospitality and room was super clean…. Automated toilet seat is the highlight..!!! And the in room food service was awesome… recommend the Mutton Briyani and chicken sandwich..!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Residency Towers, and it was truly an exceptional experience . This hotel has set a new standard for luxury and hospitality, and I couldn't have been more impressed.
I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Chef Rajesh and the entire team at for providing me with an remarkable a dining experience.The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch.

Since I stayed here for 9 nights, I have used most of the services the hotel is offering.
I am pretty impressed with the ease of booking and checking in.
I used laundry service where the delivery of washed/pressed clothes were super fast and clean.
I used in-room dining. Food was excellent and was served hot.
As for the spa, the massage is unlike what I’ve experienced before. It was a unique experience. I liked the tea that was offered at the end of the massage. It was refreshing.
We have used the travel desk for all our transportation needs. Manager Alagu, Drivers Anand and Nandagopal helped us with taking us everywhere.
The front desk ( Anand, Pradeep, Paul and Manpreet) , Bell Desk (Nagaraj) and all the other staff who were managing the lobby and the doors require special mention as they make you comfortable and truly make you feel at home.
We dined at all the restaurants there. I loved the idiyappam with coconut milk for breakfast.
Sky restaurant is one of a kind. The views, the service and the food made us visit couple more times. Chef Anand
requires special shout out for the bamboo shoot hot and sour gravy. That with garlic fried rice ( such a simple yet nuanced recipe) is worth the visit.
With all positive things, the only issue I had was with the coffee/tea.
Being in the heart of Chennai, I was expecting hot Chennai filter coffee but most of the time it was not warm and didn’t hit the mark right. But the staff, once we let them know did their best but there’s room for improvement.
Overall, I would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Had buffet dinner. Variety a bit less for non veg items. Great selection for desserts. Loved the butter chicken, which unusually had chicken with bones. Why ?
