Amazing property but the rooms are not that good

Located in good place with fine atmosphere. The food is great. Rooms are neat and clean service is excellent

I absolutely love the view; it's breathtaking and has a peaceful, cosy vibe. Excellent employee behaviour Even the resort's roadways are breathtaking. I like that location all over.

Good place to have picnic with friends and family. Good view of back waters and sunset. Feels like staying on island. Facilities like fishing, row boats, and small ground for cricket. Rooms are also available. Menu for food items are available on advanced orders. Not many varieties available. Food is quite good..

Its a bit tough to reach here as the road is bit muddy especially during the rainy season. However, the location is good. It has a good lake view. They have option activity of boating. You can play football / cricket etc as well.

Perfect place to relive the Kumbalangi Nights experience! The natural surroundings and ambience is stunning. Perfect place for private parties with family and friends. Access by boat is very nice. Limited menu but food was reaaly good and in generous quantity. Separate area for partying by the water. The entire property is picturesque. Very limited staff but they were all very courteous and understanding. Special thanks to Sajan(manager) and Joji(our boatman). Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We have conducted our +2 Reunion here. The place is good for arranging parties and all, you can plan games such as treasure hunting as the place is spacious enough. The food is very tasty, overall had a nice time.

Such a beautiful place is it to explore.. All the staff were good company especially sajan. Such a good guy he is.. Everything you have get their to enjoy.. The main thing we get tasty food from there.Surely everybody can enjoy this place.. Good nature, good vibes ❤.

A place for week end chill out nature at its best the wind will just make you sleep just in seconds I'm talking about the vibe the only issue is the traveling part but it's not an issue when we get the vibe & the amenities are the stay & water no food or anything else

Stay with a breathtaking view and having an entire island to plan special events like bachelor's party or reunions. It has all amenities to host a perfect evening party. A must try if in cochin.

Went there for our class reunion. Could not have gone anywhere better. From the time when they picked us up via boat to go to the resort till we got back had a lot of fun. Paddle boats, volleyball ..foot ball cricket and what not. And the food was incredible. Will sure go back again.

i will surely recommend this place for a group of people to create some good nostalgic feelings also with a budget pricing,The food they served was very tasty and homely one. The ambiance and behavior of staff were very nice.When i go through some reviews i find that their expectation was very high,but one thing we should notice that they are charging only that much for their services and that is surely worthy.As per their recommendation it is better to take boat access to the place other than the road.We all had a good time over there.

Its an eco tourist spot and a best place to runaway from your hectic schedule and rejuvenate yourself in the serene atmosphere amongst lush green coconut trees and Luke warm river water- backwaters close to Fort Cochin (Kochi), the Kumblangi tourism Fishing Village and Ernakulam.It is the most peaceful location and Kept pleasantly cool by the onshore breeze from the Arabian Sea. Very nice place of peace and relaxation, ideal for holidays, family gatherings.Served authentic traditional kerala food. A little difficult to reach , but once you reach, you will enjoy.

thank you Michaels Land... we stayed there on 10th Jan 2017 with 4 family ... i got referral from my friends and visited there ... before visiting i was reading the reviews on google i felt confused...after been there all our family were really happy as kids could play on the grounds our families were doing the choonda and we got 2 karimeen also... i asked the staffs regarding the reviews what i have read regarding the road issue mentioned in some reviews ... and jojo the staff told me -" the road came up recently only and its not yet finished by the government" - but when i called for the booking they clearly stated us if we want a boat pickup there will be an extra cost and also they mentioned us that the road was muddy if we take the road - but we took the road because we had small kids with us- but as per the review its nothing that the resort people could do about the public road so i found the below reviews BOGUS..... regarding food very natural traditional tasty food... neat clean place ... kept as it is with in the natures basket... friendly staffs....TOTAL PRIVACY WITH OUR FAMILY.... no noise pollution only we could hear was the sound of the wind brushing the coconut palm leaves what a peace.... WE LOVED OUR HOLIDAY !!! thank you all

Amazing Place and Amazing Food. It was a wonderful get together of Our Airforce Friends on 26th Anniversary and our 3rd on the trot annual get together. Worth visiting for friends and bachelor's. Loved it.

Recently been to this place. Oh what a wonderful place it is. I was on a holiday from
UK with my family and we all had a wonderful time there. Great food, great people, and wonderful atmosphere. Really enjoyed the scenery around. Well worth a visit.

Good place away from crowd where you can enjoy the view of backwaters and Chinese fishing nets. Family and group can spend time by walking in the compound or rowing the dinghy boat in the lake .

An Island for escaping from all city hype & nuisances. Limited resources available and beautiful location. You need to book in advance with respect to food as well as other resources like boat trip etc. suggest travel by road to this place only incase of SUV,as normal hatch or Sedan won’t survive the path without any scratch. They got dedicated parking incase of Journey by boat near boat jetty. Also word of caution: Don’t use Google Maps while trying by road mode.

Excellent Location, we had a corporate event of 70 member group, the food they served is excellent (Traditional food) , the kappa n meen mulkittahu was excellent, and the hot babana fry in the evening wow i loved it the most, we were bit reluctant on reading the previous reviews ...but in reality the natural ambiance and the water front view is stunning, as mentioned below the access road for 1.5 km is muddy but it is nothing to do with the resort people - i must say its a homestay resort. people get confused with the wordings thats what i felt ....but all of our team members enjoied to the core.... thank you once again ....
