Five star hotel and at a vantage place in Guindy. Please check the toilet doors alloted for the conference hall as someone bolt inside and it can be opened easily by the people from outside. Malfunctioning !

Great ambience.Nice food. Loved their Malai kofta. At night coming from Adyar you could overshoot the location. The display could be kept elevated.

On my birthday, my family and I experienced sheer luxury at Park Hyatt in Chennai, where the lavish room and delightful cuisine left us in awe. To our surprise, we crossed paths with a renowned Tamil celebrity and even captured a cherished photograph together. Despite my initial intention to skip the cake-cutting tradition, the day ended sweetly as the hotel surprised us with a delectable cake after a satisfying dinner

I just recently stayed in the said hotel. As soon as I entered here, I was very warmly welcomed at the first reception and after that I was given juice. The hotel room was very beautiful. The staff here is also very nice. And the service here is very fast as well as cleanliness is taken care of a lot here. The food here is amazing. Overall I would give this hotel 5 stars.

This is the best place you can choose for your stay when in Chennai . It’s luxurious , has all the amenities you require , the staff is extremely - extremely polite and warm and welcoming . They really know how to make you feel pampered . Food is out of this world . Rooms are spacious, gorgeous and super comfortable. Cannot fault a place like this! 10 on 10 in every department. We have traveled worldwide and this is one of our favorite hotels we have stayed in. All the staff we encountered were extremely nice and helpful as possible. Juhi, at the front counter was particularly helpful and very kind. We will stay here on return trips.
The room was clean, you could have told me we were the first to ever stay in it. Beautiful pool on the roof. Nice fitness center. Outstanding breakfast.

The meeting rooms are excellent with all the required amenities. The coordinator is very courteous and helpful. They maintain high level of professionalism yet very humble. Their move towards eco and environment friendly is commendable they have installed glass bottles and glass drinking tumblers. The restroom and other common areas are very well maintained. The display items and other materials have a good antique look that greatly appreciates the worth of the property.

I had a very nice stay at Park Hyatt Chennai. The staff is very welcoming especially Moses and chef Satish. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Location is central but also close to the airport. Both local and western dishes are tasty in the Dining Room and the Flying Elephant.
Improvements could be made such as having an ATM that works with international cards close to or inside the hotel. There is little information about the spa and complimentary steam and hot bath. This is a big feature and should be advertised by staff and brochures. Lastly, the breakfast at the Flying Elephant was too difficult to navigate compared to when it was at the dining room.
