I was really not expecting it to be so good, rooms were spacious and gave good vibes, food was awesome, specially North Indian food, which again I was not expecting in chennai. Staff was good and helped in Early checkin and special thanks to Ms Titli for guiding us to explore Chennai!

Currently work is underway, so bit noisy in the day time however the place still deserves 5* as the rooms, service, and staff are absolutely perfect

Had an absolutely perfect experience while there. Great service from the staff, clean rooms, and reasonable pricing. And the breakfast food!! Literally the best hotel breakfast food I've ever had, I give it 10 stars for that alone. Not sure if I'll get to go to Chennai again but if I do, I'll definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is undergoing renovation work and they closed most part of the hotel. In fact they shouldn't be operating during such major renovation work which risks customers and also prevents usage of facilities which we are paying for. Cleanliness needs to improve. Other than that the customer service rendered by staffs Mr Ravi, all the front desk staffs, housekeeping etc was fantastic

Have been staying here for the past 5 years. Lovely place.

Had lunch with my family. Made my taste bud to have real authentic taste. Best lobster, turkey they served. The sauce they matched with each and every dish kept us busy in finding out what could make it so tasty.

Awesome place to stay on a budget.
Stayed here for almost two weeks. Buffet breakfast included, good selection offered. Daily housekeeping service, replenishes what's being used. If you need anything extra they'll provide it. (Even provided me with a bar fridge). Laundry service available. (Bit expensive in my opinion). Rooms were so quiet i couldn't believe I was in a busy town. Would highly recommend it for a budget stay.

I wish to give more than five stars. Preferred hotel in Chennai this time they went beyond on the service. Stayed with family, my little one was amazed with their donuts and we were checkout requested a few in a late night and they have done it. The request to the reception, house keeping, and restaurant amazing. Love their breakfast buffet. Surely will come back next time.

Overall the experience was good. The rooms, food, staff. Everyone was very helpful, cooperative, polite and professional.
I loved their buffet. It's really worth the money. Taste, quality and accuracy is up to the mark.

My favourite dish is "Walnut pudding" . Till now I didn't get that taste anywhere in Bangalore. I always think of visiting that place just to eat that.

Good place to stay.

The Raintree Hotel on St. Mary's Road in Chennai is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
I got a nice corner room which was airy and full of light. It was clean, comfortable and luxurious without being over the top.
The service was great and the food was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel if you are looking for a place to stay while in Chennai.
If you ever visit this place and happen to take a look at the painting behind the reception and are able to make sense of it..do tell!!

The check in process was quick. Room is big. All the amenities were available. Great selection of food at breakfast. We noticed a big difference in prices on the menus between hotels in Chennai and Bangalore.
The staff were so helpful with taxis and translating for us. Would stay here again.

Went for my friend's baby birthday party. Reasonable space and good service. Rooms are also cool, neat and good. Buffet has so many variety of veg and non veg. Everything tastes delicious!
Good gesture and nice parking space!

Very good ambiance, staffs are doing their best.

The meeting halls in first floor are average to arrange small gathering for 150-200 people. The hall for fooding and relaxing have good space.

Overall a great experience in recently attended peace symposium ☮

The Raintree Hotel was No. 1. Hotel in Chennai city. Wonderful service Understanding staffs and fantastic team work. Once Guest visit in Rain tree hotel, Later that Guest can't go to another hotel. I love my job and I love My Rain tree.

Great stays, great service and excellent location.

The breakfast buffet is very elaborate and super delicious.
The only thing they need to improve upon is the service in the restaurant for live counter orders.

Highly recommended

Apart from rooms we also had dinner in The Kitchen Dinning area. Staffs where so generous and they served all the food including main courses on the table.

Ambience was awesome and we would love to go there agai...
