However, I must bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my stay, which slightly marred an otherwise fantastic impression.

On the day of checkout, one of your f&b team girl approached my daughter why you are not checking out in a manner that left me feeling quite uncomfortable. Despite being charged a substantial amount of 4100/- per day for myself and my two children, the employee in question asked whether we were not checking out. This interaction was unexpected and cast a shadow over an otherwise positive encounter with your F&B service team.

I believe that it's crucial for your staff to communicate with guests in a manner that is respectful and considerate of their privacy, especially when it comes to matters of billing and checkout. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this particular incident left me feeling unsettled and inconvenienced.

I trust that this communication will serve as an opportunity for you to address this lapse in service and prevent similar occurrences in the future. I hope that the feedback provided will be taken constructively, as it is my genuine intention to see your establishment continue to excel in all aspects of guest satisfaction.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Blu Iris, and I must say it was an exquisite experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant until the final bite of dessert, every aspect of the meal was exceptional.

First and foremost, the ambiance of was elegant and inviting. The lighting and cozy atmosphere is awesome. The warm and attentive staff greeted me with a smile, immediately setting the tone for a delightful dining experience.

The menu was through flavors and textures that was truly remarkable. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, every plate was a masterpiece of taste and visual appeal.

In conclusion, exceeded my expectations. Overall we enjoyed the meal and look forward to returning for another extraordinary meal.

I highly recommend this hotel from its location, and the great service provided by the staff. The rooms are big, bright and clean. Also the morning staff working at the restaurant (Hot Plate) was really nice and provided a large buffet bkf. A hotel in which I will be happy to go back!

Amazing hotel, efficient and polite staff, reasonably clean rooms, and wash rooms. Linen is clean, no residual smell in rooms. Corridors are clean and safe. Working lift. Hot water works. Great shower. Provides kettle and tea items. Provided toiletries , soap and shampoo. Located in residential area. Quite area. Key card locked doors. Very safe. Pin code locker in room for valuables. Deals available woth Agoda.

Service crew are well accommodating and respectful. They attend to our needs everytime we make a call from our room.

For the food? It makes your stay in Chennai a remarkable one! Their foods are satisfying and well-served!

WOW! MUCH WORTH THAN THE PRICE PAID. ENOUGH SPACIOUS NON SMELLY ROOM, COMFORTABLE BED, EXECTIVE WORKING DESK, LUXURIOUS SOFA, MILD LIGHTING, CLEAN WASH ROOM & A PERFECT FREE BREAKFAST. NO COMPLAINTS.

Hotel Blu Iris Review:
For my daughter’s marriage I had booked a kalyanamandapam at Koyambedu two days at the beginning of January 2024. For accommodating the outstation guests I went to Hotel Ble Iris at Aminjikara as I could not find suitable rooms in the Koyambedu area for the budget I planned. Even though this hotel was located about 0.75 KM from Poonamallee High Road on a smaller road, inside ambiance was very good.
Here I met Ms. Manasa, Manager of the hotel. She was very flexible, and accommodative to our needs. We booked almost 50% of the rooms in the hotel. All our guests were very happy with the facilities provided at this hotel. Ms. Manasa and team never bothered the guest and attended to guest needs without any delay.
I thank Ms. Manasa for all your care, advises, patience, understanding and helpful nature.

Overall hotel was too good. Family can have a good time here. Their, ambience, rooms, and buffet was really appreciated. Especially, Banu priya kanan was doing a good job! Assisting with patience and well mannered!!

Had a wonderful stay at Blu Iris-Aminjikarai. The service was top notch right from the moment I checked in. The staff were always attentive and very responsive. Special mention- GM Mr Nishant, F&B Manager Mr Kishore Kumar, Restaurant Captain Ms.Songita, Sathish, Kannan, Saravanan, Ajith and Kannadasan. Thoroughly enjoyed every meal at Hot Plate. The rooms were spacious, neat and very well maintained. Everything was just a call away. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives. Keep up the good work.

Location is a bit inside with small roads but the hotel is nice , rooms are cosy, clean and the food menu is also nice. Serving many varieties. Overall it's a good experience.
