I wanted to send flowers to my family in Chennai, India for Mother’s Day 2020. I searched all of Chennai for a florist who can deliver flowers. Spent hours and couldn’t find one. Most florists who answered said they are closed for COVID19 and they can’t deliver. Dial a Bouquet - Secret Garden | Florist | Plants | Flower Delivery Chennai, India, is the only place that considered my request. I must say the lady who took my call, Ms. Brinda, was very kind, helpful, spoke in a friendly and courteous tone and said, it is very difficult and she will have to call me back to let me know whether it is possible as they are already backed up with many orders. I called at almost 2:30 PM on the Mother’s Day and she was really busy with deliveries when the entire Chennai was closed. Anyway, long story short, I called her after a few minutes and explained there are three people in one house and I would feel very disappointed for not sending flowers on time. She graciously agreed to help deliver the flowers, to a city completely out of her way (Thoraipakkam) and she did help deliver within a couple of hours after I completed the order. Thank you Ms. Brinda. I know you took a lot of trouble. I greatly admire your willingness to take the order in such a short notice and deliver to a place completely out of your area. I had great pleasure doing business with your store and you especially. I would prefer your store for all my future florist needs in Chennai, India. Thank you.
