If anyone wants to change their phone number in aadhaar, pls visit anna nagar post office.

Go to 1st floor and ask any post man, how to update number in aadhar.
- he will ask your new number and will ask otp for same.
- will take your finger print
- charges for update Rs.50/-
(As govt process, it takes 72hrs for changes)

No need to wait for token or no need to wait outside in Q.

Aadhar updation was easy and smooth. Work done in 5 minutes.

Prompt service, always get parking outside. Staff are courteous. Infrastructure is old but spacious but will need renovation

Never ever thought we'd go to a post office for anything else besides stamps..!

But then, I came across a IndiaPost article which said, they send parcels too.
We decided to go to the post office & enquire.

We were happily surprised by the enthusiastic detailed explanation the staff gave us.

Needless to say, we came back to Anna nagar post office with our goods, sent it to different locations.
They all got delivered, exactly like the staff said (even though the online tracking didn't show any update😄)

Now we recommend IndiaPost parcels to all our friends.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. It’s very Friendly, cheap, quick and reliable service for international couriers. The staff members are quiet knowledgeable about the rules and regulations for each country. They also provide packaging services for a nominal charge which includes packaging boxes. If you are bringing your own box then do not seal it as they would check the contents and seal it. They have ample parking spot and also easy drop off access. Use the entry via 10th Main Road- so you dont have to worry about carrying your heavy parcels.

Only drawback is that they only use cash or phone-pay transactions and don’t accept other digital methods like Card services.

Post office in the heart of Annanagar beside Tower metro station. Fully computerised and quick disposal of customers

The staff is courteous, decent parking space for 2 wheelers. Avoid going there on Wednesday and 1st Saturday. It will b crowded

I’ve send my parcel from here several times, but this time they broke my box all my dress has came out and it’s dirty I wish I could upload the photos, over all its great they are helpful as always, please tell them to be careful next time thank you

Ample parking. Huge facility with lot of options to post. Optimal pricing when compared with other competitors. There's a lot of scope for improvement and to delight customers.

I would like to rate the service of one staff by name Mr. Arul at the PO who caters wonderful service with courtesy... Really appreciate

For the most part this place is good but the Hindi Speaking man who collects parcels at the back of the post office is a thief and a cheat. If you're not careful he will overcharge you. I sent a package that was 900 grams but later when I checked the receipt for tracking I noticed that he'd put in 1700 grams. That came to ₹50 extra. That ₹50 just went into his pocket. Please calculate postage before you visit the post office. I want to raise a complaint against this guy.

I went to collect some information about speed post service. I had met a person called Mr. Rajendran, an employee very positive and helping mentality. Indian postal can go a long way having such emplyees in all the depts.

Very good service by one Mr. Arun...understood the issue and resolved it quickly. Kudos to him.

Staff here are helpful. There is speed Post facility available till 8pm on all days and till 12 noon on Sundays. The surroundings look like a typical government run office.

Good staff behaviour,very helpful , before sending parcel don't pack from home come and pack from here or else again you have to open for the checking purpose
