The International Business Centre at the Head Post Ofiice gives very good service for sending parcels abroad. The staff are very helpful and courteous. They have all the material for securely packing the article and they have a person who does it with good care. Modern looking ambience with good seating arrangements. They have also displayed the phone numbers to which we can ring up later to track the consignment sent.

This is the best post office seen. Speed post is available 24 Hours.

Situated on main road. Ample car and bike parking available.

Staffs are co-operative and will listen to you to give a solution.

Popular with people who don't get time throughout day and remember in night to send parcel.

Government should promote more of this kind of post offices.

Token based entry to avail services.

Inteligent people who took token early and missed their chance of not being when called were not allowed to jump the line.

This is highly visible POST OFFICE in the sense it is on the GST - TRUNK ROAD IT SERVES those floating population and Alandur and St. Thomas Mount residents. NOW A DAYS Govt.Postal Services have undergone lot of RADICAL changes as they take care lot of services likeLife Insurance, Savings and Postal registration, E-POST other than that to include Ambulance Service from December 2016 also is under discussion.

I have a savings account with this branch since my childhood days. Ample parking space and easy access to busy GST Road.
