Bad experience. For settlement of accounts time consuming.Poor customer service by Mr.Salman Shaikh.Not recommendable.

Got the car delivery on time but too much follow up needed for refund of booking amount. Still following up for RC Book dispatch after 7weeks of registration and car handover. Poor customer service. I am not happy with their way of operation.

The process feels like you are buying 2 cars at a time. Quote, availability, loan - no request gets done in one attempt.. need to call them multiple times before you get a response…
