My child was admitted with severe pneumonia and was admitted in PICU of KJ Somaiya Hospital. We were very worried our child has never been admitted before. However the treatment and care provided under Dr Irphan sir was great and my child recovered beautifully within 10 days. I am extremely thankful for the same.

My mom is getting discharged after recovering fully.She was in ventilator and had very little chances of survival. Thanks to the team in ICU under the guidance of Dr Sadanand Shetty, marvellous Dr who made all arrangements and heped my mother to come out this serious illness. Also ICU incharge Dr Gunjan was also equally involved in the treatment. She guided the relative the precautionary measures etc.

My child Agrima was admitted under Dr Irphan Ali, my baby was suffering from severe pneumonia with critical condition, we got transferred from wadia hospital as our child got very critical.
Dr Irphan and his team treated our child very nicely and my child recovered fully now after 18days of PICU stay.

My baby daughter was admitted in PICU of KJ Somaiya Hospital under Dr Irfan Sir with bronchopneumonia. She had difficulty on breathing and was put on ventilator machine. K J Somaiya Hospital at Sion is very good. Under the guidance of well known Cardiologist Dr Sadanand Shetty we received proper clinical management and treatment. Manager in Medical Administration Dr Santosh Shinde used to visit daily and having very nice command on administration by solving patient's all problems. Overall staff is good. Other patients also can take benefit of this hospital.

My child Abubakar 11 month old was having severe breathing problem was admitted in Sion hospital , condition got worsen and then shifted to k j somaiya hospital.
He was admitted in PUCU under Dr Irfan Ali was on ventilator for 12 days and doctor diagnosed as a foreign body.

I am writing to express my profound gratitude for the excellent care and treatment I received during my recent Total Knee Replacement (TKR) surgery at your facility under the supervision of Clinical Trial Research Unit (CTRU). My journey has been unique as a severe Haemophilia A patient with FVIII deficiency, and the comprehensive care I received has left a lasting positive impression.

Under the guidance of Dr. Savita Rangarajan and Dr. Shrinath Kshirsagar, both esteemed Consultant Haematologists, I underwent the TKR surgery on 6th Feb 2024, skillfully performed by Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Naushad Hussain. The surgery was a success, and I am immensely grateful for the expertise and attention to detail demonstrated by the team.

Throughout my stay at the hospital, I experienced exceptional care from the entire medical team, CTRU Trial staff, hospital staff, and dedicated physiotherapists Dr Prachi and her team. The level of attention and concern extended to me, considering my complex Haemophilia condition, was beyond exemplary. The clinical trial team, in particular Study nurse Mrs Kalavathi Bhyagari , Lab Technician Mrs Shrutika Mhatre and Study Coordinator Ms Nazish  Kaunchale took care of me with meticulous detail, ensuring that every aspect of my treatment aligned with the requirements of the study.

One noteworthy aspect of my experience is the financial aspect. I did not have to bear any financial burden for the surgery, as the cost was entirely covered by the trial sponsors.
