Cafe Safar is located in Andheri Oshiwara. It's opposite Heera Panna mall.

Awesome place to visit with family and friends. If you have a large group of people and are worried about paying the bill, this is a great savior! They have lip smacking dishes with sufficient quantities. Reasonably priced. They have both AC and Non AC sections, sofa seating and chair seating arrangements. They have a huge waiting area as well. Apart from all this they have a small outside area, with lovely wall light decors which is perfect for cake cutting or taking selfies.

We tried veg and chicken manchow soup, creamy barra chicken tandoori - rich, sweetish creamy sauce poured on tandoori chicken with white marinade, chicken in green lemon sauce, paneer tikka, paneer malai tikka, French fries, chicken shawarma ( truly delicious),chicken biryani (one of the best that I've tried - serves 2 ppl with medium appetite) and aloo cheese roll.

The food was so tasty that I couldn't capture a single picture. We were 9 adults, one 10 year old and one 5 year old kid and the bill was just 3335₹.

They don't have valet parking, but they have staff who assist us in road parking. They don't have a reservation system. Outside cakes aren't allowed to be cut inside the restaurant. You can take it to the outside garden area and celebrate there with good pictures too. They do provide dessert plates and spoons in that area.

They have a huge variety of dishes available in Indian and Chinese cuisine. They have a lot of dessert options and even have cakes available. Make sure you come with the right appetite to relish their delicacies.

Cafe safar is definitely one of best cafe in Oshiwara. I must say food quality and taste is good and personally i loved that chicken nawabi, cheese chicken roll and of course butter garlic prawns 🍤 this appetizers are one of finest appetizers i have ever had in this budget. This cafe is pocket friendly and specious too. I like the atmosphere and main course was good but desserts are best.
I loved that safar special dessert and my favorite hot gulab jamun. 🤤🤤❤

This is one of the best restaurant ever , food,quality,quantity,atmosphere, service ,n pocket friendly too.... There's open roof area to enjoy food along with a/c and non a/c set up to enjoy food .... A must visit restaurant to enjoy food with ur friends n family ...kids friendly too ... Food is very tasty n they serve variety of desserts too.... Must must visit restaurant ...I bet u will love the food n restaurant too... Today we had ordered hungama starter platter, chicken chatpata lollipop, chi.schezwan rice ,chicken seekh biryani,shahi tukda ,fruit salad with ice cream , 7up 1/2litre n water bottle 1litre, world cone n ice cream sandwich...n the bill was just Rs1365 the food was very yumm n desserts were very scrumptious.

It's been 3years i have been visiting this place the food here is so so delicious and the rates are so reasonable! Highly recommend their seafood it's very tasty besides that the ambience is wonderful for parties! The staff here is very helpful and welcoming and this place is very crowded after 9pm you might get a waiting of one hour. But overall it's the best restaurant I have visited ✅

This cafe is so good. We ordered Chinese cuisine, paneer and chicken gravy so far with butter garlic naan and tandoori roti. The food quantity and quality is amazing. Good hygiene and this place is always crowded. Highly recommended.

Service is not perfect but rest all here is just next level the food is so soothing at very reasonable price. Along with non veg different varieties in veg too looking for budget friendly place with friends must try here once

Great place to hangout with friends and family, ambience is too good. A huge property with ac and non ac halls. Food is too good, they have some of the mouth watering dishes like plater and tandoori. Rates are not too high as compared to other hotels in Jogeshwari. Visited 6 to 7 Times. Never felt upset with their services.

Service is quick, food is amazing. You'll not regret ordering any item from here, trust me, you'll end up licking your fingers. Though the place can be overly crowded on Fridays and weekends, the team will find you a table within 10 minutes. On the top of it, it is very very economical to fit your budget.

Good, tasty food. My family’s favourite place for dining. Lot of seating available. Chicken tikka Biryani, chicken fried rice, Non veg grill platter, paneer mushroom chilly gravy, tava mutton are our favourites.

Heard about the KOLI SEA FOOD & MUGHLAI FOOD FESTIVAL from a few friends and decided to give it a try. This outlet at Oshiwara is a relatively new setup with a lot of legacy. The venue is well lit up and contains a spaciois outside seating area which includes a big AC section as well. Overall the place has a rustic yet modern look and feel.

Service is prompt, friendly, attentive to every detail. We were well received by the Manager Zubair and he informed us about the FOOD FESTIVAL. Had tried the following.

Inverted Rumali roti on a hot tandoor and baked to crisp with tangy Tomato and Onion topping. Visual treat.

Boneless Fish pieces marinated and served with powdered black pepper and a buttery sauce, grilled and served on a platter.

Succulent large prawns grilled to steamy hot perfection and served in a bed of dry cabbage. Plate contained 5 medium and decent sized prawns.

▶ Moroccan Murgh Tandoor Special
At first sight this looked like a steaming dessert served on a hot plate and wrapped in a foil base. It turned out to be Chicken breast loaded with a special Chicken Keema infused with spices and drippy gooey cheese solution. Chicken had to be popped out from the steamy hot foil.

Old school classic home style fish, pan fried on hot oil with a layer of freshly chopped greens. The fish was a little overdone and hence a touch dry. Was still extremely flavorfull.
