Urban Tadka Versova

Absolute surprise with new menu which I wasn’t aware of. Been eating at this place for some years. And major fan of their Nimbu Chicken / tandoori legs . Today i had Happy Murgh Kabab for the first time . And It was super tasty. Yes the menu has changed. And will have to visit more often . That pastry I don’t know ! I love my jalebi with Rabdi which we use to get complimentary every time before covid. Hope they start that again. Excellent suggestion and very good service by Ajay Rajak . Thank u . Inamool is very attentive and helpful on home delivery front. Always excellent experience ! Must visit.!!

Urbantadka is here in the town and must say an allrounder restro !!!!!!
So i had visited their Versova branch today and stilll cant get over the vibes of the restro.
Talking about the ambience KUDDOS👍👍👍 to UrbanTadka Felt so refreshing the moment i entered it.
Music being played around , dim lights truely enjoyed the overalll environment.
My order was as follows to start with Refreshments : SUN BREEZE and AFTER GLOW were the two Mocktails i had chosen and talking about them one word just WOW!!!!!!! I suggest you all to try them but they have several other in their menu including LIQUIOR as well.
STARTERS: MURG TIKKA & KALIMIRI MURG TIKKA to be honest i have tried murg items else where but the taste here was on to the next level. Both this dishes were in red masala my favourite.Chicken was cooked so well with great mixture of spices and masala. Both these dishes can be served for 2 people i am sure you all gonna be full in it.
MAIN COURSE: This time i decided to go for NIMBU CHICKEN BONELESS SPICY gravy with BUTTER NAAN and TANDOORI ROTI other than some pizzas and all but must say truely worth it.
Firstly i thought its gonna be alike Butter chicken but here the taste was really very different with a pinch of lemonish flavour added. Chicken tasted so delicious and being boneless the masala and spice was properly added and mixed with it.
To sum up and explode the stomach could not stop myself from ordering ZINGA BIRYANI not a great fan of it but after having it here must say it has become my go to dish!!!!! Prawns were so tasty and rice was well cooked over steam served with raita Altogether loved it alot.
And when it comes to DESSERT with no doubt i ordered JALEBI with RABDI. Jalebi was perfect in taste and was served hot which was not that sweet and actually how it should be. No words for the Rabdi truely still drooling over it.
Overall it was a great experience visiting this place where all dishes are prepared with so much of love, staff being so helpful I am sure you all will be filled with the vibes which will make you forget all damn things.
Go give it a try guyz and get your cravings fullfilled now.
You can also place your order now on Zomato and as they have several outlets in mumbai as well. But i would highly recommend it to experience it by visiting the place yourself!!!!!

Went for dinner with my son,Wow new ambience I used sit down usually but straight up inside is very cute I would say family room enjoyed dinner with silence inside. As usual yummy chicken, we Punjabi Love roasted chicken, 5/5.
Tandoori roti soft, chicken gravy yummy. 5/5, staff is good. Service excellent.

Went for Dinner to this place. Early it’s used be not so well lit up. Now days they have got the lighting quite well. For an early dinner the place got fully occupied by 2030hrs. Buzzing with children n families. So this is a family dinning place. This place also has a good complete bar. Tried their Lemmon chicken it’s an awesome dish with some Indian Bread. Meal out here is not complete without their signature Jalabe dish. Cheers good place!

This is the perfect place for Indian cuisine. Has good biryani. Amazing butter chicken and at the moment has a special week menu just for pav bhaji. The decor is really amazing. Has a good range of alcoholic drinks as well... There is usually a good amount of wait time as there is a huge queue for going inside. But it's absolutely worth the wait :)

All in one bistro! It's a place where you can have drinks, good food and good ambience with tadka of music. Staff is nice, service is good.Family, friends all can satisfy their appetite here!

Urban Tadka

I was in neighborhood with my friends and was craving for North Indian food. I knew about this place since my childhood and tried many times food here. So, I’ve heard about they are hosting Punjabi Food Festival till this month end.

Urban Tadka has around 10-11 branches all over in Mumbai. This place has a certain class in the food they served and they have maintained it all over the years.

This place was buzzing with people and usually for a good reason. Well, they have added some unique dishes in Punjabi food festival which was not part of their regular menu.

Started with Bhatti Ka Murg which was similar like Chicken Tandoori. Lovely flavors and very tander chicken.

Chicken Cheese Ki Tikki: Cheese stuffings inside the Chicken patty. It was so tender and really tasted good, but it was slightly heavy dish.

Choleywala Murg Masala: Well, this is something unique I tried. Chicken Chunks with Chholey in nice and thick gravy. Bang on flavors. Tasted delicious with Butter Garlic Naan. Do try. Don’t miss this.

In desserts we have tried Kullad Wali Badam Kheer which you really can’t miss. It was amazing and much needed after the delicious meal.

Overall, the place is must visit if you love North Indian food. The service is quick by servers. You have to try atleast once and I am sure you will want to keep coming back. Thanks!!!

Decent ambience and good food. I feel the cost is little on a higher side (brand value effect). Valet parking available. Food service is quick. Ample tables available.

The food here is amazing ..it’s a 5 star restro for the food the chicken here is so soft and so well done it melts in your mouth I visited this place after like years and it still has the same taste to the food ..the ambience I would say is a bit old now but the restaurant still Carrie’s the name for its food ..the biryani is also really good only disappointed with masala papas but overall I would say is a must visit restaurant!! 5 stars for the food hats down !!

Ordered Chicken Clear Soup, Chicken Malai Tikka as starters.... Tikka was amazing and the chicken was really soft. For the main course, Chicken Amritsari and Garlic Naan were ordered and even that did justice to the authentic North Indian Chicken Curry. Followed by that was Saunf and Gurh (jaggery) which is a must have after any Punjabi delicacy... Highly recommended...
