I visited Dr Mayur last week, I had this issue for few months. I had visited previously also few dentist but this was by far the best experience.

Dr listened to my concerns very carefully explained me possible factors which led to this condition and offered me the best possible treatment . He set the realistic goal and precisely worked on my teeth. Trust me most of us believe that dental treatments are painful but I realised that of done with experience hands and best quality I Equipments it doesn’t cause too much of trouble.

It was wonderful experience in Precigem Dental clinic for my full mouth teeth implants.Completed in 5 working days, Clinic is exellent state of art, Dr. Mayur Khairnar is well experienced n confident in implantology, Dr. Mrs Khairnar is a great support for Smile makeover. Both are very kind,flexible to their patients and also all their team members. Overall my search for my full mouth implants since 4 yrs was successfully concluded happily smiling.

At PreciGem Dental world, I realised cost effective dental treatment is better than cheaper dental treatment .
Cheaper treatment is expensive in long term .
2 years back I came to precigem Dental world, dr Mayur suggested full mouth implant but due to budget concerned I decide to receive cheaper treatment at other clinic who has chain of clinic in Mumbai ahemdabad but later realise it was a big mistake . Fantastic job! I went for an extraction; the word itself gives me the chills but it wasn’t the case when he performed. We should have timed it because the whole process after the injecting felt like 2-3 mins. When they were sliding my chair back to the sitting mode, my thoughts were like ‘why are they stopping, we just started it’. But to my sudden surprise, it was all done already. It felt so awesome that the process was quick and painless. He is gifted. I’m grateful to have this best dental experience ever. And I love every human working in the clinic! I've had a lot of dental work done in my time, and PreciGem World is one of the BEST dental clinics in Mumbai. PreciGem World is run by Mr and Mrs Khairnar. On doing some research, I found that both Mr. and Mrs. Khairnar are excellent dentists. Dr. Mayur Khairnar has tremendous amount of knowledge and hands-on experience in the field Dental Implantology. In Dec 2019, I was visiting my parents from US and had a short timeline to get a dental procedure done. Dr. Mayur Khairnar provided me free consultation over the phone and in person. He took the time to explain all the options available to me. The treatment took about 4 weeks and the services that this dental clinic provided exceeded my expectations. The support staff was very friendly and helpful during the procedure and with all my dental appointments.
